JKRowling's website
Hey all,
I just visited JKR's website and saw something new; or new to me, at any rate. The part at the beginning, with the cluttered desk--there's what looks to me like a hair tie, and when you move your cursor over it, it puts up a question mark. Then, if you click it, it goes to this page which shows a window on the left, a mirror reflecting a hallway on the right, and a door in the middle with a do not disturb sign.
If you put the cursor over the door-knob, it will turn from the arrow to the hand, as if something will happen if you click on it. Nothing does, though. Other than that, the only thing that happens on this page is you can click the light on and off.
Did anyone find more than that? I want that door to open...I don't *care* if it says "Do Not Disturb"...(pout, stomp).

I believe you have to wait for Peeves to come and open the door for you. I've never waited long enough, though. I got that info secondhand.

No Peeves doesn't open the door. He comes and writes on the mirror
Peeves woz Here.
The only time the door is open, is when JKR wants to tell us some little bit of info. Like when she gave us the Title of the Book, or 3 of the chapter names. That's the only time the Do Not Disturb sign comes off.

And she's being so mean and not giving us a bone at all!!
It's been forever, or seems like it, since she let the door be opened and gave us anything.
I know, less than a month to wait, but dang it, I wanna know something more NOW!
Smile, it makes people wonder what you're up to!

Frankly...
I want no more spoilers or teasers. Just the book. As soon as possible.

I wonder if that "secret room" changes occasionally. I was there, too, and found it. When Peeves visited, I didn't see him either, but he left "Peeves wuz ere" on the mirror, and the vase of daffodills on the left-side table vanished!
