Re: As per Taylor's crazy idea....
One more for now.
World's BEST chocolate chip cookies.
Man, these are so good.
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1-Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
2-Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
3-In a medium bowl, cream together the melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar until well blended. Beat in the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk until light and creamy. Mix in the sifted ingredients until just blended. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand using a wooden spoon. Drop cookie dough 1/4 cup at a time onto the prepared cookie sheets. Cookies should be about 3 inches apart.
4-Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges are lightly toasted. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

tay tay's breakfast taco
--------------------------------
onion
sausage
any type of cheese
a few eggs
butter
tortilla
salsa (see tay tay's mango salsa)
chop up the onion
chop up some sausage
put that in a pan and cook it
i dont care how you cook it, because i cant be bothered with the little things
then when it is brown and cooked
crack the eggs and scramble them so that the sausage and onion get cooked with the egg
then put your tortillas in the microwave or if your hardcore put them in a pan to get them hot
put the egg mixture into the tortill and put chees and salsa on it
enjoy, and you will love yourself for making it, but more importantly you will love me for teaching you
also if you are dumb and dont eat meat....
take out the sausage
i love vegitarians
next recipe will cater to your needs
you know that im after you tonight

Re: MARTHA STEWART CORNER (TRADE RECIPES !!!!)
anna's alfredo sauce for taylor's chicken recipe
(or for any alfredo recipe where you want to impress the ladies)
---------------------------------------------
butter (the real stuff)
flour
milk
cream
parmesan cheese
garlic
in a sauce pan
melt the butter and minced garlic
once it's melted, add the flour.
cook for FIVE WHOLE MINUTES.
any less, and it'll be gross
This is called a roux (say it with me... ROOOOOO)
pour in the cream and milk
whisk it till it's smooth
(it'll first look like cat yak... fats and liquids don't take well. you have to suspend the particles)
add in the shredded parmesan (not ground, like a green can. look for the shredded stuff)
heat for addt'l 5 minutes.
use for taylors recipe.
