MOTION: Rotational Party Leadership
I propose the following:
Quote:The leadership of the DLP should be rotated amongst the members. This should be done in six month terms that correspond with the National Presidential terms. The members may vote or come to a common agreement on the new leader. The leader who is duly selected may, if they see fit, pass the leadership to another member, although this must be done at the start of the term.
