Mailing in the Forms
If you have not yet sent in the forms we requested be mailed by May 15, please leave us a message letting us know that the forms are on the way and we should not assume that you have changed your mind and plan not to attend. (And if you have changed your mind, I doubt you are on this discussion board but if you are, please contact us immediately so we can identify an alternate to take your place.) If at all possible, we would appreciate receiving your course selections right away, either by faxing the forms to us or by using the online course process if you have not already. Our fax number is 804-287-1860. The online course process will remain active for the next couple of days.
We ask that you do not burden our fax machine with the remaining paperwork, however, but rather mail those forms in as we do require originals, (especially of the key deposit check  .) Please know that you may send the remaining items Priority or regular mail today and we will happily receive them in the next few days.
Oh, and if you want to contact us to check on the status of paperwork already mailed in, please know that we are in the midst of processing the myriad forms being returned by 400 students.  We will be sending out a mailing to every student in early June which, among other things, will let each one know what has been received, what is incomplete, and what is missing. We will also be contacting folks later this week from whom we have not received anything, so if you don't hear from us, that's a good thing. We appreciate your patience as we process the mail.
