The plot to extort Michael Jackson has failed to materialize as scheduled. The people who were expecting to make millions of dollars through false allegations have confined the mother of the complainant to a mental institution to keep her quiiet.
Don't expect the mother of the complainant to give any media interviews any time soon. She is probably so heavily medicated, tht if she wasn't crazy before, she certainly will appear to be so in the future -unless of course, she gets one of those famous makeovers -Paula Jones, Linda Tripp, Amber Frey...you get the picture.

You are absolutely correct --get this.
Assistant District Attorney Rick Distaso revealed that authorities believe Laci Peterson was killed at home, explaining why lawyers grappled at the preliminary hearing over a mop and bucket used to clean up the kitchen area in the couple's house.
Authorities believe her body was transported in the truck, then weighted down and tossed into in the San Francisco Bay.
What a bizarre, conspiracy theory. I thought you needed evidence to declare something that contradicts every single, known witness.
The ASS. DA, is Ken Starr look-a-like, Rick Distaso, is that idiot a real lawyer?
Dumb Ass James Brazelton said he wants jurors to view the pickup truck as part of the crime scene because it was used to haul Laci Peterson's body to her husband's fertilizer warehouse and then to San Francisco Bay.
The Judge did not agree.

You would really have to be as senile as Wendy Murphy is, to suggest that Scott Peterson murdered his pregnant wife, I mean, the trajectory of this wacko, Magic Bullet theory is too preposterous to suggest that Scott Peterson had anything to do with his wife's disppearance.
Consider the Scott Peterson trajectory. He conspired with his dog to return home, to deny the police the opportunity to claim that another pregnant lady was violated, he murdered his pregnant wife and destroyed all the forensic evidence to the point where he removed the head which may have held the key to determining the cause of death, he casually hauled Laci Peterson, embedded in a chunk of cement with a timer, to keep her under water for 4 months and this mastermind criminal allegedly dumped his pregnant wife into the water without being noticed. --even though he was witnessed smiling in his boat, alone. The fact that the bodies surfaced, just when the desperate, Modesto Police force was frustrated by failure to produce any evidence, is not miraculous. Despite 24-hour surveillance, the police failed to produce any evidence to justify the arrest of Scott Peterson and the zeal to produce a reason to arrest Scott demanded proof that Laci was dead. We can go on and on, forever describing the unprecedented zeal to fabricate the facts to fit the theory, but you get it, unless you are as senile as Wendy Murphy is. Needless to say, if Scott Peterson is successfully prosecuted, it is possible to prosecute anybody for anything.
Like Michael Jackson, Scott Peterson should have never been arrested, because the ones who are pointing the finger are either extremely ignorant or absolutely corrupt.

Diane Dimond and her producer Frank Grimes are doing a fine job proving that Michael Jackson is not a child molester. Indeed, they are so aggressive in looking for evidence to accuse Jackson that they were even duped into following leads, personally traveling into Canada about an alleged molestation acusation against Mr. Jackson. This report aired Thursday April 27, 1995 and Ms. Dimond, who never fails to believe every accuser, notified the Toronto and Los Angeles authorities only to find out later that it was a planned hoax. Diane Dimond and producer Frank Grimes even tried to trip the boy up with photos of Michael Jackson's Neverland employees. They felt then that the boy was compelling and proceeded to escort the accuser to the local authorities They (Dimond and Grimes) extensively interviewed the boy who was 15 at the time, for countless hours, and were convinced the boy should talk to the authoriities, with Diane Dimon escorting him there, so that she would have the exclusive. After 6 hours of questioning the boy at the Toronto Metro Police Headquarters, Sexual Assault division, by Det. Daryll Campell, the accuser finally admitted that it was all made up.
An ex-disgruntled employee of Michael Jackson, at the Neverland Ranch, Rodney Allen created the elaborate scheme and used a young professional street urchin to spin the web on Diane Dimond. We later find out that he had been sending various letters to the producers of Hard Copy with other young boys ready to testify against Mr. Jackson.
Like her interview with D.A. Tom Sneddon, Diane Dimond's trashy, tabloidish journalism is insinuating and suggestive, to create the false impression that the complainants who accuse Michael Jackson are credible --they are not and they have never been. Get over it Sneddon, it's over...

The justice system is seriously flawed. When a guilty man is successfully defended, it is called sleazy lawyering. When a prosecutor convicts an innocent man, it is called justice. Thank you nsnews, for providing the balance the system requires to restore integrity. I think the "message" url has to be taken very seriously by strange DA's who are currently making a mockery out of the administration of justice.
I have certainly never witnessed anything weirder than a DA who arrests a man before filing criminal charges.

If Tom Sneddon is a cold, crafty man, he would prefer to file false charges and wait until the boy dies, to deny Michael Jackson the opportunity to defend against them. Isn't that his gameplan? That's what Diane Dimond routinely hints --how do they all know the boy is dying, and if that is the case, why would they ever think that charges yet to determined will ever be vented in court? This looks like the cruel exploitation of the false claim that Michael Jackson molested a dying child --it is the most disgusting case I have ever read about --next to the exploitation of Laci Peterson.

Jeffrey Toobin is confused. ( no email / no homepage) wrote:
I have never heard of an arrest warrant being filed so much later than an arrest date.
What I don't understand is why [Jackson attorney] Mark Geragos surrendered his client when there are no charges pending against him. You know, people don't usually walk into police stations and say, "Go ahead, book me and charge me whenever you feel like it."
I have never heard of an arrest warrant being filed so much later than an arrest date.
...it is strange to surrender your client, subject him to this incredible personal humiliation, and then once the arrest warrant comes out, you'll have an even, you know, another round of extremely bad publicity, with greater detail in it, because they've had this extra time to prepare the arrest warrant.
__________________________________________________________________________________________
The above are direct, Toobin quotes. What Toobin has failed to consider is that it is not possible to file a legitimate arrest warrant because there is no evidence of wrongdoing. If Tom Sneddon exploits a boy who is dying, according to unconfirmed reports, he will be the biggest idiot in world history, because the boy is a confirmed con artist who repeats the rehearsed lies that his momma feeds him. Does Tom Sneddon want to stress a dying boy by subjecting his proven [videotaped] lies to the scrutiny of the microscope?

People who tell the truth are very attractive. I remember how ugly ABCNEWS legal analyst Kimberly Guilfoyle looked when she cast silly suspicions regarding Scott Peterson's alleged guilt and how sexy she looked when she defended Michael Jackson because there was no indication from the sound of the voices on the tapes of the current complainants that the statements were coerced or had been rehearsed.
The sexual molestation complainants praised Jackson for providing support, love, guidance and advice, and the boy's mother said that God had blessed them by bringing Jackson into their lives.
In the tape, the mother described Jackson as a "father figure" to her children.
The tape could be extremely damaging to the prosecution, said Guilfoyle, who is herself a prosecutor. If the boy testifies, the tape could be introduced by the defense to raise questions about his credibility, and if charges are filed, he could be forced to say that he lied in the tape.
When Ms. Guilfoyle finally determines that both Scott Peterson and Michael Jackson are innocent, she will be too hot to handle --is she married?
