Mr. President -
I wish to ask for your authorization to assemble a Militia of 1,000 men from Talamthom to be sent to Tomann Indo China for security purposes. There have been threats against TIC, and as Director of Military Affairs/Minister of Defense, I believe we should respond adequately.

Mr President,
This course of action has the support of the FOSTO. I recommend we act pre-emptively. I have also contacted the Grand Commonwealth seeking their assurance that they will not allow Novaya Zemlya to be used as a springboard for any attack on Tománanch sovereign territory.

Consider them dispatched. The threat now seems to have passed but I feel a small force should be maintained there just in case the character involved tries any more tricks. It is believed to have been Kevin Gladstone in disguise.
