Natural House Cleaning
Add 2 cups of Vinegar to a bucket of warm water. Drop in a few drops of your favorite essential oil (I use jasmine and or lavender)to make your house smell wonderfull without all the additives!

Re: Natural House Cleaning
I would never have though to add essential oils to it.I swear by vinegar and baking soda as the best household cleaners around, and although the baking soda is an oder eliminator,it doesnt leave any scent ,and I like for things to smell fresh.Thank you soooooooo much.

For a plugged drain, pour baking soda down the drain, then vinegar.

Also good to keep with you is a small bottle of honey in your ER kit...smear it around the edges of bandages to keep cuts from getting infected. Bacteria cannt live on honey! Insect bites itch? Spray on some peppermint extract or diluted peppermint oil...after a slight sting itching stops!
