RS Will Not Accept ICJ Provision
The Bosnian Serb entity of Republika Srpska will not accept the Hague International Court of Justice verdict in a law suit BH filed against Serbia and Montenegro (SCG). As Milorad Dodik said, the Republika Srpska Prime Minister, the law-suit itself is illegitimate, RTRS reports.
-This is yet another manifestation of international factor’s bad policy towards Serbs in general. The verdict, whatever it is, will not be accepted by RS and will not be implemented, even if this means a new international dispute- Dodik said.
Bosnia-Herzegovina filed a law-suit in 1993 against, then, Socialist Republic of Yugoslavia for genocide.
BH charges the Belgrade regime of that time for killings, rapes, torturing, kidnappings, illegal confinement and destruction of the Muslim population.
BH representatives requested of the Court to proclaim these crimes made during the war from 1992 to 1995 as “international genocide” in which Belgrade had an active role, RTRS reports.
Serbia and Montenegro tried to challenge the court’s authority, because the country was not a UN member during the war in former Yugoslavia.
The verdict will be reached by the court on February 26.

Dodik: Komsic Is Talking Nonsense
The Bosnian Serb entity of Republika Srpska Prime Minister Milorad Dodik believes the statement of Zeljko Komsic, BH Presidency member saying Atif Dudakovic is a “BH defence hero” to be nonsense, spoken by a man who should take care of BH`s integrity and future, RTRS reports.
For Dodik, the perception of truth about “good guys and bad guys” is still current, which also proves the case of war BH army commander Atif Dudakovic against whom there is concrete evidence on committed crimes, but nothing is done when it comes to his responsibility.
On Thursday, February 8, RTRS showed the latest footage of abuse and bodies of murdered Autonomous province West Bosnia soldiers, thus documenting crimes for which units of the Fifth BH Army Corps are responsible, headed by its war commander Atif Dudakovic.
Investigation against Dudakovic opened
BH Prosecution stated an investigation against Dudakovuc, after several war recordings were publicised, showing Fifth BH Army Ccorps members during the Storm operation killing Serb civilians and soldiers.
Dudakovic himself denies there were crimes committed.

Police reform, which would mean a unified police force in the entire BH, is one of the key conditions for any sort of approach of BH towards the EU. However, Milorad Dodik says he will not quit his position which states the survival of the Bosnian Serb entity of Republika Srpska entity police is a key condition for the reform, even if it means non-accession to the EU, RTRS reports.
RS police must be a unitary structure within BH
Direction of police reform in BH document will fail if it will not clearly state RS police is a part of unitary police structures in BH.
SNSD president pointed out he will request from the Council of Ministers presiding Nikola Spiric to organise a meeting of political leaders in BH very fast in order to discuss this matter.
Dodik liked in Herzegovina as well
-Questions dealing with the BH`s European way should be solved by home political leaders without the implication of a High representative, who should deal with the implementation of the Dayton agreement, while the police reform is not in this field- says Dodik.
Dodik claimed a convincing victory in RS on last year`s elections in October with the Alliance of Independent Democrats, party which he is the president of. Due to the position even Croats in BH should be given an entity, Dodik is popular in Herzegovina as well, which proves his choice for person of the year of the Mostar Vecernji list paper. U Srebrenici je 28.oktobra 2006. godine održana Konferencija o stradanju Srba u regiji Birac(koja obuhvata opštine Srebrenica, Bratumac, Vlasenica, Milici,Šekovici, Zvornik i Osmaci) u gradjanskom ratu 1992-1995. godine. Na pocetku Konferencije prikazan je dokumentarni film "Zlocin bez kazne" u produkciji Udružewa logorasa regije Birac u kojem su iznijeti dokazi o stravicnim zlocinima Armije BiH, kojom je komandovao Naser Oric i dokazi koje Haski tribunal donoseci nedavno sramnu presudu ovom zlikovcu, iako je sve dokaze i materijale posjedovao nije uzeo u obzir.
Od 1992. do 1995. godine u regiji Birac je stradalo 3262. Srbina, od kojih su više od 70 posto bili civili, žene, djeca, starci
Na Konferenciji u prepunoj sali Doma kulture su rezultate istraživanja iznijeli ruski akademik prof dr Jelena Guskova, profesor Milivoje Ivanisevic,direktor Centra za istrazivanje zlocina nad srpskim narodom, prof. dr Mirko Zurovac, profesor Ljiljana Bulatovic, Janko Velimirovic, nacelnik odjeljenja Sekretarijata Srpske za odnose sa Haskim tribunalom, Milan Bogdanovic, direktor kancelarije za trazenje nestalih lica RS, dr Stoja Stjepic,neuropsihijatar i ratni ljekar u vojnoj bolnici u Milicima, a na konferenciji je govorio i Tobi Kedman, iz Tuzilastva BiH. Osnovni zakljucci Konferenciji u Srebrenici je da se o zlocinima nad Srbima ne smije citatu i da svi zlocini i zlocinci moraju biti sankcionisani.
Svi izneseni dokazi o zlocinima nad Srbima bice upuceni nadleznim pravosudnim organima, uz ocekivanje ucesnika konferencije, da će se protiv svih zlocinaca pokrenuti istraga, utvrditi krivica i izreci kazne.
-O zlocinima nad Srbima u Bircu i srebrenickom kraju niko nema pravo da cuti, a kazna zlocince mora stici. Jer dosadasnje cutanje je pomagalo svjetskim bezumnicima da krivicu za ratne strahote od 1992. do 1995. godine pripisuju skoro isključivo srpskom narodu, dok su zlocini nad srpskim narodom minimizirani i sakrivani, kao cto je bilo tokom cijelog 20. vjeka-rekao je prof.dr.
