Out doors tips and tricks
It is spring time and many of us will be outside alot as the weather warms, here are some little tid bits of info.
If you are outside and get a cut or something to that effect and cant get into the house right away or do not want to LOL , you can do this grab some plantain out of the yard broadleaf works best but the narrow leaf will too, it has antiseptic properties and also a blood clotting factor , we have done this it works, also lemon balm acts the same way.
Also if you have any warts you can take dandelions and squeeze the milk from the stem onto it , and after some applications it will get rid of it. I will post more tidbits as I have them.

Great idea for a thread. The "milk" from milkweed is good for warts & such, and dandelion "milk" also has coagulant properties (it will stop bleeding). Chewing up a bit of plantain & slapping it on a bee sting or bug bite will also help reduce swelling and pain. Just remember to stay away from areas that may have had herbicide applications (like close to roadways). Looking forward to more tidbits.
