Persistent Character Problem Policies
If you have persistent problems with a character or group in-game, these are the steps you should follow to attempt to resolve your problem.

(1) Turn on your log (/log on)

(2) Attempt to resolve the problem with the character or party in question yourself.

(3) Contact your Guild Leader or Guild Officer and inform them of the problem.

(4) If the other character(s) is/are part of a guild, get the name of his/her/their Guild Leader, and communicate this to an officer of the Avengers. Use the /guildst command, to make sure the "problem player" isn't hiding his/her guildtags with /anon.

(5) Petition a GM (/petition) Please remember General Rule #4 of our member charter and do not resort to immature or rude behavior. If you must, leave the area to avoid further conflict after you have completed steps #1 through #5 above.
