Petition: The Republic vs. Vindrus York
Mr. Gladstone,
I would like to enquire as to the feasibility of the Republic taking Vindrus York to court over his insistance of managing, partipating and promoting an unconstitutional legislative body in Mainistir. His party the NFP also appear to be sponsoring this body by participating in it (according to articles written by Mr. York. I believe the notion of a legislative body existing outside the law is the primary phase of a sepratist movement wishing to seceed from the Republic. This is a threat to national stability.
If he doesn't formally apologise and swear under oath to stop this unconstitutional activity then i feel that this Republic will be obligated to open judicial proceedings against him.
In each case he mentions a 'general assembly' of Mainistir. Such a body is not authorised. After the initial warnings he chose to continue to post about this 'legislature'. I would like a rapid response from the courts as this a potentially destablising situation.
Finally, i think that possibly the most purplexing thing is the fact he is not even the elected representitive for Co. Mainistir.
