Petition to the Court.
Having reviewed the laws of the constitution and the Dail Procedural rules following the recent failure of the Prime Minister bill on a technicality, I have discovered a discrepancy with the Speaker of the House's verdict. According to the letter of the law a majority is required to pass a bill or an amendment. This was achieved in the vote and yet the Speaker of the House declared it failed because it did not achieve an "absolute majority". According to the letter of the law the PM bill passed thus I am appealing to the High Court for clarification as to why this piece of legislation has been refused acceptance.

Regards,
