We demand respectful people. If you disrespect someone, you are given a warning. Three warnings, icly and oocly total, you are banned. I don’t want to do that, but I will if I have to.
Keep ic and ooc issues separated! If you just don't like someone ooc that doesn't mean your character has to hate theirs. And if your character despises that of another, that doesn't mean you have to despise their real life selves. Swearing is not looked down upon, nor encouraged. Keep it to a minimum, though, okay?
If you are going to be inactive for over three weeks, let us know in the request/question forum. If you do not, you will be demoted. Please, let us know, okay?

Post length minimum is two paragraphs, each consisting of at least 5 sentences. Try to post approximately as much as the person that posted before you did. People usually don't appreciate typing a healthy sized, 5 paragraph post, and receiving minimum length in return. If your post is below minimum length, you will be issued a warning.
You must have an alpha's approval to mate. Disobedience in this may lead to demotion of rank, or even exile from the pack.
Pups will be playable at three months, and will get their adult ranks at nine months.
Tag your posts accordingly. Private with a P, on hold perhaps a DND (do not delete), mature content R, AW (all welcome) is optional, its assumed that if it's not on the title its an all welcome post and any other tag you can think of that I can't.
Loners and valley creatures are accepted as well. Both join the same way as a pack dog, but mark it as a loner. We do accept werewolves and wolf/dog mixes as well.
Odd colors are allowed to a certain extent. No totally pink wolves, but you can have odd colored patches. However, slightly abnormal colors like deep red and silver or gold are acceptable. Wings are NOT allowed. Some jewelry is okay, but ONLY if you were formerly a 'pet'.
Fighting is allowed. God-moding is not, nor is outright killing someone’s character. You must have their permission to kill someone or seriously injuring them. Some powerplay is allowed, for example: Luna and Amelia fight, and Luna bites Amelia’s leg. It is up to Amelia how badly she is hurt.
If your thread contains any mature content or graphic mating, please put an indication that your thread is mature in the subject line, using an (M) or saying mature, although we prefer that these things be kept to a minimum, please.
Tips for writing better posts
Talk about what your character is thinking, smelling, hearing, seeing, and feeling at the time. The surroundings are just as important as the wolf, so be sure to describe the area as well, if you need something to talk about. Even the weather, mundane as it might be, is something to beef up your posts. MAKE SURE YOU SPELL CHECK! A post with typos is not only frustrating to read, it’s almost never worth the time to try to decipher it. Ezboard comes with a spell check, and so does Microsoft Word. Use it!
Use good word choice. Remember, the alphas are watching, and the more they like what they see, the more they’ll want you to rank higher. Same goes with post length and activity.
Have fun with it!!! No one wants to post with someone who is quite obviously not having fun.

You must have a profile. This goes for everyone. Fill it out and post it with your joining post. Once you've been accepted, post it into the profile forum.

In order to be part of a pack, you MUST join in the borderlands. Make sure to post somewhere within the title which pack you would like to join!
We now have OOC joining. What you do is fill out the profile, and provide us with three links to regulation sized posts. Post it in the borderlands, marked as ooc joining, and the alpha or beta of the pack you wish to join will tell you whether or not you've been accepted occly, and what rank you've been accorded. If you're not accepted, or is you dislike the rank you're given, you will have the opportunity to play out the joining process as normal.
