1) Name calling is prohibited. While it is okay to call someone on being pompus ex. "Your post was pompus... You tend to become pompus over things you have no knowledge of" personally attacking is forbidden ex "You pompus dirt faced jerk bag!" now, after it is out there will be NO TAKING SIDES! No right and wrong! the goal of the rest of us will be to play the devils advocate and point out yes you are being popus and the rest of us see it also or no please show us examples of pompus behavior because to us he/she hasnt been. Personality conflicts happen sadly, but we can become friends and remain friends despite this fact. If problems arise that cannot be rectified, stay away from eachother. Ill not loose good members because one erson bothers them. Simply place that person on notice here that you do not wish to argue and seperation of opinions is in order. Real life problems are open to any and every name under the sun. DO NOT TRY TO CALM SOMEONE DOWN! Sometimes simply yelling helps. Sharing similar problems helps also, as a person may begin to think they are alone in their problems. Empathy goes a long way.
