Ratification...
Tom, just wondering re: your recovered treaties, if there should be some sort of Dáil involvement in their reinstatement? Nothing fancy, maybe just a block ratification when you've got as many as you can find, or something like that...
I suppose I could pull rank and ratify them by decree, but I have the feeling Mark would have a fit. ;-)

Technically these have both been ratified previously. I will submit a bill though for a block acceptance of all old treaties. This will be done when i have found as many of them as possible. The treaty texts themselves will be irrelevent but will be included in the appendices of the bill.
