Greetings, Ladies and Lords of Project Rebirth. As some of you may have noticed, Feng Lei, my childhood friend and my apprentice in martial arts, has gone missing along with the Code Basilisk armor suit assigned to him... While I was in my meditative trance I sensed his Chi fading to almost nothingness, hence I have emerged from my deep meditation to investigate what happened. I can still feel Feng's presence, but it's too slight to pin point his location...
The recent events with the Project Red Spear units Code Fenris and Code Gorgon have shed some light to my investigation, and I fear the worst for my friend. From the bits and pieces of information Feng has told me regarding this Code Basilisk, it was designed very differently from the other units. Most importantly, due to the nature of the living biometallic cells the suit is composed of, I fear the shut-down device made by Black Atom may have little to no effect. I sincerely hope the nanite serum would work on Feng like it did to Easy and Antonio.
From my investigations past week and countless intense ehh... persuasions of multiple criminal groups, I still cannot locate Code Basilisk or Feng. The only clue I've found so far is a surveillance tape from a warehouse hosting a Tsoo auction of ancient artifacts. Apparently it was the location of Code Basilisk's last mission and last sighting of it before its disappearance. From the video surveillance, Code Basilisk was acting normally going through routine arrests of gang members. But about half way through it suddenly collapsed and curled up shivering, seemingly in pain... Not long after wards, the suit sprung up from the floor with all the spines extended and went on a berserker rage of some sort... it had no regards to who its targets were or how badly it's damaged, though the wounds regenerated before the next hit landed. The suit swiftly defeated the left over opposition in a... horrifying manner, and several of the warehouse workers were wounded in the fray and quickly teleported to the hospital. The last image of the tape was Code Basilisk's body shaking ferociously and bursted thousands of small spikes in all directions.... some of which flung into the surveillance camera and the images became static...
*Caution* Code Basilisk is extremely dangerous. Do not approach, or do so with extreme care and in groups.

Ohhh... It gets worse, Solaron... From my conversations with Feng, Code Basilisk is fitted with sharp spikes filled with neuro toxins... and its biometallical cells is capable of replicating themselves therefore regenerating its wounds... With such a beast going berserk is grim news indeed...

I've been doing some undercover work, in Independence Port and Talos Island. I have very little to go on, but the freakshow contacts I spoke with talk of some thorn-infested armor with some amount of awe. They, that is the freakshow, call it "the Demon" because it just appears out of nowhere and leaves nothing but blood and bodies behind.
I wish I had been able to get a location, but the Freakshow are more interested in NOT finding the Demon- they're not as stupid as they seem. However, if these doped up fiends are afraid, well... bring our best, is all I can say.
