Illyria Forums are primarily driven or inspired by philosophy as its primary means of guidance. As a result of what has been already stated in previous sentence there will be a special emphasis on what I will refer to as 'Important Philosophical Threads' (IPT's). Such threads can be started in any given forum and related intellectual debate will be highly encouraged (as also means of intellectual excercise of forum participants as it relates to the 'Purpose of Illyria Forums' or the 'soul' of the forums). I will be the final authority on tagging threads as IPT threads (after careful evaluation of their nature) and, of course, anyone can feel free to start candidate threads for such tagged threads in any major forum. Anyone can feel free to propose to me regarding the tagging of such candidate threads under IPT tag (IPT tag will be added at the name of the thread as '(IPT)'). After such IPT tagged thread has went through its 'forum life circle' in a given forum (meaning after it has remained dormant for some time and has gone towards the bottom of first forum page) the same thread will be moved to other major forums where other forum participants can have a chance to participate in the IPT thread. Of course anyone can participate on such threads in any forum at any time for such threads are of universal/philosophical nature. People can post their genuine/unique ideas on a given subject at hand or (after the replies accumulate) one can place input in the shape of analysis or replying of the already existing comments/replies. Replies within IPT threads have to remain related to the topic at hand, have to be of intellectual nature (thus, understandably, no one-liner responses will be encouraged). Final destination for such a thread will be either one of the three philosophical forums bellow (depending to which one of these forums the given IPT thread relates most to) #1- Hellenism - Haimian and Civilization's Alpha & Omega - Greek 'Light', Hellenistic Era and Roman Era (Focus: The 'Light' or Related Philosophy) #2- Hellenism and Today's World = Western or Modern Civilization Renaissance, Enlightenment and related.( Focus: The 'Light' or Related Philosophy) #3- Hellenism - Illyria Forums Participants Philosophy Debate Illyria Forums Participants Philosophy Debate.(Focus: The 'Light' or Universal Philosophy) Bellow is an example of an IPT thread A philosophical question: Are we born free or slaves? By: apollon GRE (The thread is still in its 'journey' towards its final destination, which in its case is forum #3) (Note: IPT thread can only contain English written text and responces since it is of universal nature) _________ Less Balkanian Dogmatic Paranoia. Regarding 'Important Philosophical Threads' (IPT's) The manner in which thread will be moving (taking into account covering less forums while still covering major forums which are frequented by participants from other major forums) is following; An average IPT Thread (if started by me) will start in 1- Greece Forum, from here will move to 2- Albania Forum (second most popular forum of all) 3- next is Romania Forum (which also covers many visitors from Bulgarian and Hungarian Forums which frequent it) 4- next is Turkey Forum, from there it goes to 5- Bosnia Forum (which also covers many visitors from Croatian and Serbian Forums which frequent it) After these 5 forums it will retire its journey in its final destination forum which is - - Illyria Forums Participants Philosophy Debate Forum _________ Less Balkanian Dogmatic Paranoia.
