How about a debate on joining the Grand Commonwealth or not? That's sure to stir up some activity for a while, and I'm sure an official visit and an invite from the Great Satan would help too.

Advertising is good. Tons of good stuff, there just needs to be *some* activity. An emergency decree to declare martial law and somesuch would allow the government to get things done and probably cause enough stir to get people involved.

Don't waste your time on the issue of joining the Grand Commonwealth. The place is a graveyard for micronations of days gone by with no future; except for Babkha which, while having no real future, is stubbornly staying alive long enough to basically make the GC the Babkhan Empire.
