Rheumatoid Arthritis Really Bad!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
Hi Folks,
This RA is really acting up and I have to admit to being out of sorts with it! Grrrrrrrrrrrr! So far I haven't had much relief
from the increased prednisone. If this keeps up I'll have to get out the parafin bath which I haven't had to use for a couple of years. I really shouldn't gripe so much about this. I have a very slow progressing form of RA. It's just that when it decides to get worse it does so dramatically and I have not a lot of tolerance for change right now. Does anyone have any herbal remedies they've tried or other non-drug therapies which have given them relief from RA flare-ups? I could use some help right about now.
Also, has anyone been diagnosed with neuropathis pain. This is a real little gem that started when I had a reaction to
general anesthesia 2 and1/2 years ago. It seems to flare-up
when the arthritis does. Any suggestions about how to ease that pain which so far nothing seems to touch would,be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the weekly methotrexate (chemo) injections or you can take pills? I take an injection weekly, am newly diagnosed with RA about 7 months ago. This helps, but it does have side effects.
