Rouge and Gambit/ Iceman and ? If Rouge does get Gambit as her new Beu, Who will Icy clinge to? I think the break up was hinted in the movie cause bobby wants a girl to melt him down. Rouge has to give him the cold

the rogue/gambit romance was one of the most memorable stories in the comics. i was only 4 or 5 when i got interested in x men but i still remember rogue and gambit. so they have to get togetherin the movies. as for iceman, shadowcat has been rumored to be in the next movie so he could end up with her or maybe even Jubilee if they decide to show her again like they did in the first one.

if polaris is in it then id say her, but if not then it has to be kitty. rogue and gambit definatley need to get together or at least have a thing for each other. and i think gambit should be at least 5 years older then rogue. so hes more of a man then bobby.

definately rogue n gambit should be together becoz they are the greatest couple ever....and for the iceman.............polaris is cool but magma suits her as she is hot and iceman is cold, what a perfect couple

I agree, I believe Rogue and Gambit should become a couple in the movies but I've heard that Gambit was only going to have a small part so a scenario of him being involved with Rogue in X3 was considered highly unlikely. That being said, I don't "mind" the Rogue/Iceman relationship but for those who've read the comics, they know that the Bobby Drake being portrayed in the films is not the same. Like Johnny Storm in Fantastic Four, Iceman was basically the ladies man. So if things were to turn out the way I think many fans want them to (Ie: Rogue and Gambit hook up) then I think that Iceman should just revert to the way he was in the comics. I'm not really sure he'd need someone to be his "girlfriend" but I guess if I had to choose, I think it should be Shadowcat. I always considered Jubilee to be a bit of a loner (sorta like Wolverine) and Magma, I think, is rather new as far as the X-Men franchise goes so I'm not sure if she'd be put into place, especially since Phoenix and Pyro are expected to come back and too many fire-based characters may not be a good thing. Still, it'll be quite the task to do a 180 with the way Iceman's character is right now. I think what they should do is have Pyro target Rogue in the third installation. Iceman comes to her rescue but while he and Pyro are doing battle, Gambit comes into the picture and tends to Rogue. Gambit should have to save her somehow but, in the process, drain himself of energy (similar to how Wolverine saved her in the first one). When Iceman comes back from doing battle with Pyro, he sees Rogue holding Gambit in her arms. Something like that might be cool, but I think they have to avoid another love triangle. Either stick with Rogue and Iceman as a couple or switch it to Rogue and Gambit. If they go with the latter, though, they have to tread carefully because they don't want people to "hate" Gambit for breaking up Rogue and Iceman's relationship. But they also don't want it to seem like Iceman never cared if he suddenly goes to being the lady killer that we all know and love from the comics. So, yeah, it'd be quite a handful for this newly signed director to dwell in that situation.

They need to put Rouge and Gambit together. As someone said earlier, it is one of the best romances in the whole series. I would like to see Iceman get with Polaris....Although seeing him with Magma would be quite interesting. But I'd proboably most like to see him with Jubilee. They both are impetious, somewhat headstrong, and have a hard time listening to orders. They'd make a good couple
