SI Quest
These are a couple quests I did at level 49 solo in the SI expansion pack. First before you can complete either solo you need to have faction with the Lamia's and the Ogre's in Aldland and the Plain of Gwyddneau.
So I recommend you take to killing orcs of any kind the best place being the east edge of Aldland by the shoreline.
The quests are called Lost Treasure and Free the Rogue.
To get the Lost Treasure quest you need to talk to Ariette at Ft. Gwyntell, she can be found outside - behind, of the fort itself on the left side as you face the entrance by an apple tree close to the wall.
Free the Rogue comes from Arden in Cear Diogel, he is by the forge to the right of it as you are looking at it.
Steps.
1. Kill orcs till you get lots of good faction with the Mythicos faction.
2. Go to Ft. Gwyntell and talk with Ariette.
3. First step is to kill a Drakoran Archiator, they can be found in the Dales of Devwy in the run down town in the center of the map.
4. Now you need to kill a Blue Green Algea, they are found on the south east shore of Aldland by the orcs.
5. While in Aldland stop at Cear Diogel and get Free the Rogue.
6. Set up a macro /y Mercal
7. Head to the Ogre fortress, hope you have good faction because you will be running around them like a chicken with your head cut off. Ogre fort is inbetween Aldland and the Plain of Gwyddneau. Which is north west of Caer Diogel.
8. Go up the steps of the fort as if you are going to enter it, run around spamming your new macro until the rogue pops up. There is a dungeon entrance there, you don't need to enter. Watch it, if you miss him and he will leave with out you, and he runs pretty fast. He will lead you back to Diogel and the quest is done. BAM 1 bulb of xp at level 49 and a bracer reward.
9. Now head to Clifton, it is a where the river runs north and south between 2 cliffs in the Plain of Gwyddneau. Watch it there if the Lamia Bowmaidens are neutral the Swordsmaidens may still be aggresive. When the swordmaidens are neutral you can talk with Larrione (spelling may not be right). If you have enough people you can probably just kill her anyway but for solo you need faction.
10. She is located in the far north of clifton on the west side of the river. If neutral talk to her and she will give you final component and then you need to combine them using the use item key and your quickbar.
11. A spirit tree will tell you to kill a named undead in Caldev, I found the undead just outside to the north of the graveyard in Caldev. Soloed a red and headed back to Ft. Gwyntell for my reward. Which consisted of 2 bracers that I got to choose from and another full bulb of xp.
If you have faction with the Lamia's this quest will only take about a max of 2 hours to complete and thats not knowing your way around very well. Free the rogue took me 15 minutes. I apologize for any misspellings of names and places but this should walk you through it pretty easily.

Re: SI Quest
These are great Quests and add much needed EXP for when you get to 49th. Heck if you wait till 49th to do your 45+48 Epic, these two quests plus your epics will give you 4 bubbles.
I did these 2 with LK and I and they were not too hard.
The first kill at the Drakon Camp is tough becuase you will always get 2 mobs, a Guardsmen and a Caster (The one you have to kill) They are both Orange at 49.
After killing this lizard, head to Diogel. The easiest way to go is Straight out of Diogel and follow the road straight out to the shoreline, There you should find a Blue-green Algae. It will Con blue or yellow. Then Head north along the beach and follow the shore. You will zone, and before too long come to a river that empties out into the ocean. Don't cross the river, take a right and follow the river back towards the mainland and into the cliffs. This is the town of Clifton. Move in slowly and Con the Snakewomen. Hopefully they are friendly. The person you seek is all the way on the other side of the town as the river winds through the cliffs. Just follow the river through until it is about to leave the cliffs and the NPC will be just off the left hand side of the river.
Now continue traveling inland folling the river. Cross over to the right hand side of the river and keep running, dodging or fighting mobs as you choose. You will see a road appear next to the river, follow it. Follow it all the way and over the bridge. if you stay on the road, you will eventually see a Barbarian Village. Continue to follow the road West towards Caer Sidi. You may have to stay off to the right a little to aviod wandering mob aggro. As you creast the hill, you will see the Bridge to Caer Sidi in front of you, and the Graveyard on the left hand side. The mob you have to kill stands at the Enterance to the Graveyard and walks out from time to time making it easy to pull.
The Mob is level 55 and Red con to 50th, Purple to 49. LK and I took it together without too much problems and a few days earlier I had solo'ed it (but had to use Faith Heal).
There are orange con Ghouls and such wandering around so be careful. By the way, this is a great EXP area and not far from Ft.Gwen if you know your way. You can basically head back on the road and keep following it east past the Barbarrian village. When the road ends, you will be at the edge of the Dales of Dewvey. Just head E-SE and you will come to the river. Follow it to the bridge by the Drakon City Camp and then return to Ft. Gwen by crossing the bridge and following the road.
The great thing about this quest is that you learn your way around Shrouded Isles. SI is such a fabulous place to EXP and get drops and such, and No One is ever fighting out there, mobs are everywhere with awesome camp bonus.
If anyone wants to do this quest, I would be happy to guide people along. Its a great time and the Bracer rewards are kickin'.

Re: SI Quest
50 pallies can solo it Y Just make sure you kill enough draks or orcs to get good lammia faction, and you can waltz thorugh this. You could do it just by straight up killing the lammia NPC, but she waxed Gawain even though she was only an orange con. Learned my lesson - went and killed orcs for a little bit and now I'm fine.

Re: SI Quest
The Lost Rouge (Orc Citadel) one is a piece of cake for a Tank. Just talk to the Instrument Vendor in Diogel. Get the Quest and run up the road to Krondor. Just put on the jets and run headfirst into Krondor not stopping for anything. You'll take some hits, but you should make it before dying.
Zone in and wait for a minute letting the mobs outside leave and your health get back.
Then zone back out and turn left immediatly, there are some barrels there. Say Mercal and the spy will come out and tell you to meet him back at Diogel.
Put the jets back on and haul butt out of Krondor. Eventually the mobs will give up chase and return to the Citadel.
Run back to Diogel and wait for Mercal. Talk to him when he gets there and get the scroll of information. Give it to the Instrument Merchant (who gave you the quest) and you'll get an Ogre Bracer and about 2.5 billion exp. I think the Lost treasure one gives about 3.2 Billion.
If you can't take hits, you are better off fighting Orcs in order to get faction. A group running in can probably make it will a few well placed Instant heals. You just gotta know where you are going and don't stop for anything.
If your going for EXP, do both quests, if you are going for loot, I think the bracers earned in the Lost Treasure quest are better then orc bracer you get in the Rougue one.

Re: SI Quest
Is the "Elvis Cloak" quest the one you get in Cear Gothwate that has you go to Ft. Gwen and kill the guys in the Magic Tower not far from the fort?
