Slim Man
I've been a fan of Slim Man for several years, and had a chance to see him perform last night.
It was fantastic!
Slim's voice is like melted butter...with a gravely undertone. The 3-piece band accompanying him were tight and flawless. The sax man deserves special mention...I've never heard anyone make a sax wail like he can.
He only has four albums/CDs released, and IMO the one titled "Jazzified" is the cream of the crop.

hmmm, looks like we've got a difference of opinion from someone who speaks the lingo. Haven't had a chance to listen to any slim man, but I do like jazz and wailing saxes, so I'll definitely try to get my hands on some soon!
In the meantime, jazzfm keeps me going!
Slim Man? Mediocre talent ay best.
