Stop em spell
I particluly like this one as ISA the rune of ice means NON actoni.. the point at which to do nothing.. so it seems fitting

On a white piece of plain paper, write the name of the person and what they are doing to you. Ask the Goddess to help you with stopping these actions that this person is doing. Fold the paper in thirds,then thirds again. Tie the paper with red and white thread or ribbon and place it in a container of water and freeze it. Keep it frozen for 3 months "after" the actions have stopped. "
Re new the spell in your mind everytime you see this block of ice in the freezer..
