tough, tough call. It's always been a close one Between the Green Disc and Blue Belly Skies, but than Wonderfully Made is packed with some great great songs, and although Unfazed is not my Favorite album, it has some of My favorite songs... Honestly, the only one I can't vote for is Tillburry Town, although, what I wouldn't give to hear the guys play Calico Jack live

HEY... I DID get to see them play Calico Jack live, thanks to Brad losing that bet to Dena in Louisville KY. I mean - Bowling Green... And I know it's imposible to pick just one fav. They all have personalities of their own, and some days are just BBS days, while others are Unfazed days... Most days are WM days, but... what can I say? I'm a little OC.
I gotta say that Unfazed used to not be one of my favs, but it has grown on me immensely over the past little while.
But I had to come up with a first poll, and that seemed like the best place to start...
The Poll
It really is an unfair question. I mean even my least favorite of the 4(5 with TT) albums is still among my top 10 favorite albums of all time (heck, they're probably in my top 5 albums of all time!). So to say one is my favorite over another is only a matter of slight degree.
When it comes down to it, BBS will always be the quintessential, archetypal album from The Waiting. That's the sound that hooked me in...and keeps me coming back for more!

I would have to say "The Waiting", it was like my "intro" to the Waiting. It's what got me hooked.

I'll echo Webspider...the green one is perennially my fave. It's the one that I always go back to. It's always in the top ten of my all-time faves and always makes my "things you would take on a deserted island" list. (Along with a CD player, of course!)

Blue Belly Sky is my favorite Waiting cd but the Green Album follows closely behind. I love the music and the lyrics but what sets them apart from the other albums (for myself) are the memories and the people and the concerts that existed in that time frame.

Yup... I think that's what makes WM so special, too...
Knowing we heard those songs first in shows where we were TOGETHER...
I love riding down the road listening to Number 9 and closing my eyes and envisioning the whole song as I've seen it performed live so many times over the years. (I don't recommend this while driving, but it will bring a smile to your face while you sit safely in the passenger seat...)

You may be safer that way. I've rode with Lorry before and she didn't try to bite and she was a safe and reliable driver.
