What is going on here?
Yesterday there was one topic here. Stupid one, true, but one of the very few in the last months.
Now it is gone but nothing new has appeared and silence continues to rule over here.
I don't know who deleted it but please...at least write something occasionally instead of just popping-up to exercise your moderators rights without adding anything.

I'm okay, thanks - I've been sick for a while now...nothing major, I just keep getting these damn fevers on and off again. But I'm alright for now. How are you? . Are you back in Bulgaria?
Since it's been a while a few new things have happened. For one, I got married a couple of months ago . My husband saw the way I drive and was like, "I HAVE to marry you!"...and I said, "but you kinda suck just like Ruse, I don't know if I want you". Him: "you could teach me! Please!"...and I accepted . So yeah, we got married in July .
Else, nothing much is new...I basically just take care of uni, teach dancing and pass the day with friends and family .
What's new with you? .

Wow, marriage at such a young age...she must be 19 or something. I bet it's a Kurd whom her father was fond of. Well, I wish them best of luck. I hope no one gets injured by knives.

And I'm sorry to disappoint you in your assumptions about how Kurds are supposed to be like but my husband is not Kurdish. And my dad didn't know him before I did.

Are you younger than 19? I guess I forgot how old you were. I just remember you listening to hip-hop music and being impressed by Arabs with an attitude. Is he Arab? Will you tell us the circumstances of the marriage or would that be too personal for this board?

Yeah, I'm 14, Anittas . I had had pre-martial sex, which is such a wrong and disgusting thing to do...but I did it nevertheless, and was caught doing it . I had the choice between being honour killed or to marry the guy. That's the circustances of the marriage. I'm so unhappy, I wish someone would save me from this hell. My husband oppresses me and beats me when I don't obey him . He barely allows me to get my education, he'd much rather have me at home to cook for him and have his babies .
On a serious note, I'm 21 - and no, it's not too personal for me to tell you about the circumstances of my marriage. Because the circumstances were not any different from the circumstances anyone else would want to get married in. I met a guy, we fell for each other and we took it from there . I'm sorry I don't have a better story to tell you, I wish I had .
And no, he's not Arab. Not that I would have minded an Arab man...I don't really care about ethnicity - in theory he could have been anything from Arab to Russian to Danish to...whatever . Just coincedence that he isn't.
I know you have a reputation to uphold, Anittas...I believe, as the board's most obnoxious and meddling member? But you know, I really don't feel that way about you, I've always liked you and thought you were funny this way . You should keep it up, not many are like you . You're definitely one of a kind .

I have developed a special interest in you and Desire and when something big like this comes up, I feel the urge to find more about it. For that, I apologize and I hope I didn't ruin your conversation with Ruse, but he seems to have bumped out, so hopefully he won't be too bothered by my intervention.
I still feel like you haven't known the guy for a long time, because the last time you posted here, you mentioned nothing about plans to get married. How long have you known him and where is he from? You don't have to tell us what kind of car he owns, but further details would be appreciated. You haven't told us much, but I'm assuming that he's muslim, because I remember you telling us that it would be difficult for you to marry a non-muslim--presumably because he would burn in hell afterwards and because it goes against the tradition.

I didn't realize I had to inform the entire board, Anittas - if I did I would have done it for sure .

Nah, I told you before, I'm not the one to talk about who goes to hell and who doesn't. In Kurdish we say xwa dazany which means "only God knows" - I know you don't believe in God but I do so this is what I believe: only God knows. Not me.
It's not a tradition to marry within your own belief it's part of religion, Anittas .
