Your Honour -

I am writing to confirm that i wish you start the court preceedings on Monday 7th February. If possible we shall deal with the libel case between Mr Portela and Mr Loutradis first and, upon completion of this, the case between Mr Redstone and Mr Loutradis.

I will request though what the nature of Mr. Redstone's case against Mr Loutradis is as i am unsure.
