a short and to the point reason why cystals work
hey all
I just happend to catch this the other day and its the most cogent arguement I have ever heard on the subject of , do rocks have any power...to effect humans ? It was asked of a reiki master...
?? How can you say that a rock ( cystal )has any power to effect a person ??
Answer...with a question..
?? have you ever heard of urainium..?
answer -yes of course..
?? would you say that exposue to unrainim is dangerous for a human ??
Answer..
yes of course it can kill you..
?? why does it kill..??
answer- becuase its radio acitive...!
?? and what is urrainium..??
answers for them... its a rock...
statement.. is a such a large leap of logic to assume that if one rock can kill a man, another may heal him..??

Great point Esta!! People need to realize that our mineral kingdom is a gift from our Earth Mother....and they are full of energies, as is everything on this planet.
I feel really sorry for people who think of beautiful crystals and stones as just "rocks".....they sure are missing out!

This makes perfect sense, esta, but how are the properties or energies of the stones or crystals determined? I have always wondered how anyone knew what certain stones did.

I think if it this way.......all rocks.. are earth elements, like qyartze is water..made solid, others are a whole long list of minerals made solid....you can see on any periodic table the checmicls and make up of any stone... and if you know the vibrationals of those things ect, its not hard to see what they would be good for.. in some respects, but a great deal of it ......... is our ansestors where much more in tune with the world than we... the rocks the plants...etc etc.. spoke to them more than they do us unless we work at it most of the time.. they just " knew " that this stone over another was good for X use, and a lot of trial and experinmentation like a great many of the things we now use... but mainly it was the fact they where open to what the stone had to say, our intuituve sense open full blast...we are just now re learning how to do ...... what they did

You know I really hate to show my ignorance like this all the time, but I have just gotta do it...
What the heck does it mean when it says: "this stone vibrates to the number....." ? Do you chant the number at it? "eight, eight, eight, eight" Well maybe I am stretching it just a bit here....

I have always felt that the one unforgiveable sin of ignorance is being to stupid to educate yourself.
and im curious as well, chances are more often then not its something we already do or know but do not have a name for in our own lil worlds

My take on that..
imagen it this way.... radio
we tune in a radio by turning the dial to X mega hertz meaning a given exact radio frequency.....we seldom think of it this way but it what we are doing, 98.6 on the dial means a given freqency..
when something vibartes to a given number it means it vibates at a given freqency.....like when they do ultra sound to break up kidney stones, or heal tissues..with sound vibrations...cystalain forms like literaly all things ... vibrate at a given rate of frequency....which is one reason why certain stones are good for X thing....
example....the most common white quartz....has a high ability to channel engery...meaning its makeup allows a high rate of transfer, whereas something more dense perhaps like loadstone would have a lower one ( loadstone (a magnet ) is often use to absobe engery...rather than channal it.. ) and that is just looking at their physical makeup, looking at one plane of possiblity, one that is well known as its used everywhere from the watch on your wrist to the compurtor your sitting in front of....as all have cystalen parts...
now a lot of these things have their corallation to the esotric and are often used in much the same way... quartz is an excellent channel for phyic engery.. where as lodestone is used to gather and remove negitive engery.....
the relam of the physical IE the ways of sieance and the ways of the estoric are comeing closer and closer together mainly as the sci world " proves" what we have always known that rocks have and can channel power.

thank you one tires... for many years I was much too long winded and gave too much info...... when no one understood what the hell i was saying I learned a diffearent way to say things and have done it ever since from what everbody tells me it works a lot better ehhehehehe...
