I had placenta previa and i'm now at 27 weeks and it has corrected itself. most often this gets corrected. my DH and I were both told "no sex" but i assume orgasm is fine, it would depend on how you reach it though b/c there is to be nothing inserted inside of you. Most doctors won't give you a internal exam if you have placenta previa for fear of dislodging it there too. definitely ask your doctors
