Um, how terrible would it be if we accidentally just mailed a form with the address as

I'm guessing it won't get there until it comes back and we re-address it. Sorry! We were addressing it in the car and that's how the address read in the corner of the big envelope all the stuff came in. Should I send an email to someone to tell them that the stuff is delayed, but coming?

That is actually fine. As long as it has the right zip code and says "Governor's School," it is coming to me. The campus has its own post office and the sort all the mail to the various departments.
