Airborne Utopia
| Devon Co. has funded for a new city to be constructed at a remote location upon the continent of Legacy. Intent on providing all kinds of entertainment for all trainers, it now houses the largest casino and amusement park on the face of the continent. This new city was dubbed Telphopolis. However, the location of this city changes. The city is houses within a large dome, constructed of abstract types and classifications of metal. It is powered by electricity, which runs various engines throughout the base of the dome, which keeps it levitated. Non Canon. |
