Re: cannot alter forum hosts. lost about 100members from couQuote: A few months ago, I would have said yes. Since we lost Ckerr, the best I can say is that I will ask someone at Yuku to have a look at it. :( Is this for bmoggysdomain or btheetherealforge? Edited by: ezDollar at: 12/9/08 9:01 |

Re: cannot alter forum hosts. lost about 100members from cou yeah its bmoggysdomain, p075.ezboard.com/bmoggysdomain. sorry i don't know why i didnt bother posting the info. many thanks for looking into it even if it can't be fixed. by the way i had a mail from yuku regarding this and tried to follow the link to the ticket there but couldn't log into the site for some reason. maybe i've forgotten the login details or don't have an account. should i try follow this here or on the yuku site? |

Re: cannot alter forum hosts. lost about 100members from cou If you have a ticket related to this, it would probably be best to follow up on that because it does have to have a ticket created eventually anyway -- if not by you then by me or by a Yuku staffer. You should be able to log in at the Helpdesk by using your e-mail address and Helpdesk password. If you don't know the password, use the "Lost Password" link on the little login panel on the right side of this page: helpdesk.yuku.com/index.php If you still can't log in there, you don't have to be logged in to open a ticket, only to view/reply to an existing ticket. You could open a new ticket while logged out, using the same e-mail address, and reference this topic and the original ticket number. We can 1) merge your new ticket with the old ticket and 2) help you get logged into your Helpdesk account. You're welcome. Fingers crossed. :) |

Re: cannot alter forum hosts. lost about 100members from cou It's been a long time since I had to delete a forum host that's not on the member list, but he has been removed as a host. |
