What does Sclavi mean in Latin or Romanian? Because in Greek it means slaves.

I'm not sure what was the case in Latin but i think originally "Sclavus" meant Slav but since the slave merchants sold great quantities of Slav slaves, the term Sclavus started aquiring a new meaning.
