kavajs Amicus Posts: 402 (10/7/03 1:08 am) Reply	Re: my conversation is very civilised canaris.. do you see me here insult you? of course not so i dont understand where you see my uncivilised manners.. shpata's family comes from southern albania and the permeti region to be exact as he stated it here himself a while back.. in the small town of permet it is known that greeks live there ... permeti or city of roses as it is called makes great albanian brandy or rakia.... it is located in the south so there is greek influence there just like there is albanian influence in northern greece.... shpata here talks with a lot of love towards the greeks and this absolutely stuns me to be honest with you because me being from albania and of course of pure albanian blood from both my parents do not consider greeks as close friends and do not in no way talk good about them... greeks ,my good friend canaris are very hated in albania... the people that love the greeks are the minorites and the mixed breedes THAT'S IT.... THIS MR.CANARIS IS A TRUE FACT AND NOT SOME BULLSH*T PROPAGANDA THAT I AM SAYING HERE... central and northern albania absolutely have no love whatsoever about the greeks and never ever say a good word about them... the reasons for this are numerous .............. in the south it' a different story for small communities where minorities live... vlora which is the biggest city in the south absolutely dislikes the greeks ... gjirokastra has greeks at some extent so does permeti and korca so there is not a lot of hate in those communities... saranda is very patriotic city and absolutely dislikes the greeks... a sarandiot would spit on a greek if he saw one... so as you see there is only the minorities and people who are mixed breedes that come from the south who talk good about the greeks.... why should we talk good about your people canaris...? they dont like us period ! so, we are basiccally just returning the favor ,am i correct? i can post here proofs that will boggle your mind about the hatred that the greeks have towards albanian people... do you see now the reality ?

fieri Registered User Posts: 15 (12/28/03 5:58 am) Reply	do we like greeks??? first of all allow me to say that i have got great respect for you canaris and you seem a well balanced guy with great vision but the truth needs to be said.....even in the orthodox populated area of fieri there is no love for greeks......our opinion is that greeks absolutly hate us and we try to hate back..that's all!!!

I know because I don't hate Albanians, I have reservations over their govt. But same goes with Turkey, Greeks don't hate Turks.. it's their Turkic militia based govt they don't like. If Greeks despised Turks then Greece would not help Turkey when they had their earthquake. I think Greece dis-likes illegal immigrants and the Albanian govt is doing nothing to curb it. Again it falls back to the Albanian govt not the people.
