Having Greek names was common.Since all the Byzantine Empire or to be more accurate the Eastern Roman Empire was Grekophone.Greek language was used by religion. The area known as Epirus Nova or New Epirus was named like this by Justinianus the Roman empiror of Illyrian origin.Epirus nova contains a very large area of todays Albania. The seal of Scanderbeg presented here is not a valid evidence. You can search at the wikipedia to see what this thing is.Isqender=Alexander in Turkish a Title given to Skendebeg by the Sultan comparing his millitary genius to that of Alexander the Great.Thats why this thing says Alexander.Tell whatever you want but even in your wildest imaginations he cant be Greek. His Father "Ιωαννης Καστριωτης" as you might call him in Greek or John Kastrioti or Gjon Kastrioti is always refered to as Albanian landlord even in Greek books. Now for the last one.Φωτος Τζαβελας a completely Greek name but the person named like this was surely Albanian. So keep feeding yourself your national myth.
