Local accounts who need to report a bug
Because of the high volume of offensive spam that has been posted at the Bug Base in recent months, we have had to make a change here at the Bug Base. To stop the spam by unregistered posters we have changed the Bug Base so that only registered users can post.
We know that this causes a problem for those with local accounts and we do apologize for the inconvenience, but we don't want our users to have to wade through spam just to get to the real topics.
If you have a local account and you are having a problem with your account or your board, you will need to open an accounts ticket. helpdesk.yuku.com/index.php
Before opening a ticket, please follow the suggestions in this FAQ to ensure that you get your ticket emails. p079.ezboard.com/fezboardfrm73.showMessage?topicID=145.topic
In order to help us help you faster, please provide as much useful information in your ticket as possible.
Please include a link to where the problem is occurring.
Tell us what happens when you have the problem. For example, if you can't reply to a topic, tell us what happens when you try to reply.
Include any error messages as these messages help tell us what the problem is.
Include what version of which browser(s) this is happening with.
Make sure you note the Ticket ID information on the page that appears after you submit your ticket. You can use it to view your ticket later, even if you don't receive an e-mail notification when someone replies to your ticket.
Please keep in mind that the tickets are worked in the order in which they're received -- from oldest to newest. If you reply to your ticket, it automatically becomes "new" and moves to the back of the queue, so please resist any urge you may have to reply to the ticket unless you have important details to add to your original question.
