What I am concerned about is an electrical fire because of the rats... It is possible they are coming from the laundry room... They realy need to have some drywall back there.. He says he is not going to buy your condo.... That is the reason for the rats electrical fire.. It may be that it is a recuring problem.. dam big rat.. I think I hear them in the walls behind the stove.. I am not keeping the apartment. I either do another one in the complex or closer to the bus.. I am tired of hearing the laundry room every night.
