I want between three to five thousand in cash up front to get involved with a condo on north beach. must be an assumable loan that I am taking over. It's a take it or leave it offer. The real estate market for those is @#%$ to be concise about it but a capital loss is no big deal it is tax deductable. The other part is you avoid the real estate agent who would take 5% so it isn't that bad.

for a year lease I require one thousand two hundred in cash up front, not deposit and rent at $350 or less a month depending on the quality of the condo. At least two convictions for exploiting children or attempting to exploit children for financial gain must also be a part of the deal....

the suggested route is to run an add to lease it out and lower the price. It costs me more and my finances are a buisnes so I have to be reimbursed up front.
