He believes that brown vs board is lawsuit abuse and he entends for the crap next door to be abusave. It is supposed to be a government conspiracy because some black dude says he is in the military. You know why they call someone chicken. In order to fail a physical you would gorge on chicken to get out of the military.
If it stays on the monitor I can kill the pope. When you are saying it outloud from the neiboring apartment he is probily going to push her down the stairs then it may be attempting to encite violence. plant the suggestion and then start with the harrasment again. He was also saying that threats don't work.... I don't know if we are talking about the assualt threats. That is why I am concerned about them having hand guns next door... Self defence murder scripts.. In many cases you would wonder what kind of moron would let these people around children in the first place. My sense of diection is bad it may have been coming from down stairs.
The other thing to be concerned about right away is planting evidence someone close to the apartment may have drugs... You are supposed to be more likely to do drugs if you are in an abusive situation.. The people In the front building havent claimed to be my friends yet..

I have to worry about retaliation for making a ballance transfer. Just $1000 of it but paying off the other $200 is a no stress deal.. I may just pay the $1200 when the bill comes I haven't ballenced everything yet. 0% until july 2005. that is all for the orbitz card and any 2004 deadline.. everything else is just slamming money back for more income.
