That is absolutely correct lorilee.
You know, you and justice4lawyers have essentially exposed the problem of our entire justice system. Our justice system is a jostling match between lawyers and 'Sleaze Bars'.
Scott Peterson is defended by lawyers and attacked by 'Sleaze Bars'.

He was never charged with kidnapping... he was arrested for other crimes and died in jail.
In your logic my friends father died in Dec, innocent of the charge that he kidnapped a child. ('cause he was never charged with it either)

The claim that Ricci was not charged with kidnapping is a Sleaze Bar claim.
Ricci was not charged because the police are too stupid to prove anything. All they can do is harrass innocent people.

According to the Sleaze Bars, Ricci got what he deserved.
Ricci was essentially tortured to death for cooperating with the police.
He told them what he had done because he cared about Elizabeth Smart and he wanted to assist the police in their investigation, and the police used his cooperation to create the false impression that he had murdered Elizabeth Smart.
The Sleaze Bars are trying to do the exact same thing with Scott Peterson.

Hey, you're smart enough to know that Scott Peterson was on his way to the marina, where witnesses spotted him in his boat, without Laci, when his poor, helpless wife was kidnapped while walking the very same dog that Mrs. Mitchell spotted, on Christmas eve.
It was the ONLY dog that returned home, without its pregnant master.

Modesto and Berkeley police went to a marina on San Francisco Bay to investigate Peterson's claim that he was fishing at the time his wife disappeared. No details were available about what detectives might have found out.
"At this point, he is not a suspect," Detective Doug Ridenour said. Police said they had no evidence of foul play in the disappearance.
Despite the fact that the police verified Scott Peterson's honesty because he was spotted at the Marina, they did not disclose the obvious and instead, they provided the opportunity for the media to demonoize Scott Peterson by repeatedly claiming that Scott Peterson was lying when he said that he went fishing.
This bias is too extreme and too hostile to justify, and the hypocricy it has uncovered has absolutely destroyed police credibility. The current suggestion that Scott Peterson is guilty of murdering his wife because he is telling the truth about what he did no December 24 is too bizarre to take seriously. Scott Peterson was spotted on his boat, struggling to familiarize himself with the gadgets of his new toy. He was not hauling his dead wife's body over his shoulder, and try as they may, to discredit Ms. Mitchell, who spotted Laci walking her dog a full 45 minutes after Scott left to go fishing, the fact that the police did not even bother to contact Ms. Mitchell speaks volumes about the validity of the police campaign to demonize Scott Peterson.
To be fair, if the police wish to use Scott Peterson's alibi against him, they should have accepted it in the first place. Police Hypocricy reflects Police State Tactics and they will NEVER prevail.

Amber Frey is the victim of the people who hired her to "service" Scott and now she is stuck in the middle of a very tragic and potentially dangerous situation.
Gloria Allred has been hired to muzzle Amber because if the truth comes out, the people who are trying to frame Scott will be arrested. How many escorts do you know who pose for family pictures, unless these pictures are supposed to be used to blackmail the client?
Amber Frey needas a lawyer to protect her because without a lawyer, she will probably become another Gregory Coleman, whose convenient cocaine overdose denied the opportunity to bring out the truth -the poor man's version of hiring an expensive creepy lawyer like Gloria Allred, to muzzle a witness, and to angrily point the finger at an absolutely innocent man like Scott Peterson.
To be sure, if you are an ABSOLUTE MORON, who believes that Scott Peterson murdered his wife the day before all the neighhbors saw Laci walking her dog, God Bless You.
But hiring a hooker to replace Laci Peterson is as vulgar as returning the bodies without the head, to cover up the fact that Laci's captor shot her in the head.
Amber Frey is an escort, if she wasn't charged with solicitation, she should have been. The only question was, who was paying her and possibly Bill Garcia, to service Scott? People are supposed to call escorts but in this case, the escort called Scott the day before his wife was murdered. No wonder they need lawyers to muzzle her. If Amber Frey opens her mouth, she's a dead duck.
Every woman who is used for the sake of demonizing somebody's character, to falsely implicate him in a high crime, is muzzled by a lawyer and given a makeover. In this case, they are trying to make it appear as if the slut is good enough to kill for. A makeover didn't do anything for Linda Tripp's credibility and it certainly will not do anything for Amber's. Imagine hiring Bill Garcia to find out if Scott is married. This Bimbo thinks that blackmail and murder is some kind of a makeover game. One thing is for sure, at this point in time, she needs a lawyer, but so do the cops who cooperated with her.
Hiring somebody like Gloria Allred, a Los Angeles victims' rights attorney, has all the earmarks of the Skakel persecution, where a repugnant murderer like Ken Littleton, the unstable tutor who was responsible for supervising Michael Skakel, was made to look like the victim, while a skinny little kid who was only 15 years old when "the victim" murdered Martha Moxley, was made to look like a brutal killer.
It's not going to work with Scott, the victim was his wife and if the slut does not tell the truth, she is an accomplice to murder. Ken Littleton got away with it, but that's because the prosecutor caught Mickey Sherman with his pants down and unindicted felons like Ken Littleton are granted immunity. Does Amber think that Gloria Allred can grant her immunity from prosecution?

Please try not to laugh, it doesn't get any better than this -clearly another production by the people who framed Skakel, who tried to frame Gary Condit until Dunne was sued and who now think that Scott Peterson is an easy target. Chandra Levy, Laci and Michael Skakel were destroyed...
Sounds like Chandra and Laci were killed by the same people -and I think the people who framed Michael Skakel are the key do exposing these people who abuse the legal system to grant murderers like Ken Littleton immunity from prosecution.
Ken Littleton was responsible for supervising the skinny little kid who was blamed for Martha's murder, and the process of victimizing Scott Peterson is identical to the one that was used to demonize Scott Peterson and to make it look like Ken Littleton/Amber Frey are victims:
