are you saying if a person has committed a crime or two or three crimes and the police cannot find out who committed the present crime it's okay to incarcerate and harass anyone that's ever been convicted or anything?

Amber Frey is the victim of the people who hired her to "service" Scott and now she is stuck in the middle of a very tragic and potentially dangerous situation.
Gloria Allred has been hired to muzzle Amber because if the truth comes out, the people who are trying to frame Scott will be arrested. How many escorts do you know who pose for family pictures, unless these pictures are supposed to be used to blackmail the client?
Amber Frey needas a lawyer to protect her because without a lawyer, she will probably become another Gregory Coleman, whose convenient cocaine overdose denied the opportunity to bring out the truth -the poor man's version of hiring an expensive creepy lawyer like Gloria Allred, to muzzle a witness, and to angrily point the finger at an absolutely innocent man like Scott Peterson.
To be sure, if you are an ABSOLUTE MORON, who believes that Scott Peterson murdered his wife the day before all the neighhbors saw Laci walking her dog, God Bless You.
But hiring a hooker to replace Laci Peterson is as vulgar as returning the bodies without the head, to cover up the fact that Laci's captor shot her in the head.
Amber Frey is an escort, if she wasn't charged with solicitation, she should have been. The only question was, who was paying her and possibly Bill Garcia, to service Scott? People are supposed to call escorts but in this case, the escort called Scott the day before his wife was murdered. No wonder they need lawyers to muzzle her. If Amber Frey opens her mouth, she's a dead duck.
Every woman who is used for the sake of demonizing somebody's character, to falsely implicate him in a high crime, is muzzled by a lawyer and given a makeover. In this case, they are trying to make it appear as if the slut is good enough to kill for. A makeover didn't do anything for Linda Tripp's credibility and it certainly will not do anything for Amber's. Imagine hiring Bill Garcia to find out if Scott is married. This Bimbo thinks that blackmail and murder is some kind of a makeover game. One thing is for sure, at this point in time, she needs a lawyer, but so do the cops who cooperated with her.
Hiring somebody like Gloria Allred, a Los Angeles victims' rights attorney, has all the earmarks of the Skakel persecution, where a repugnant murderer like Ken Littleton, the unstable tutor who was responsible for supervising Michael Skakel, was made to look like the victim, while a skinny little kid who was only 15 years old when "the victim" murdered Martha Moxley, was made to look like a brutal killer.
It's not going to work with Scott, the victim was his wife and if the slut does not tell the truth, she is an accomplice to murder. Ken Littleton got away with it, but that's because the prosecutor caught Mickey Sherman with his pants down and unindicted felons like Ken Littleton are granted immunity. Does Amber think that Gloria Allred can grant her immunity from prosecution?
How many lawyers is it going to take, to cover up the truth about the murder of Laci Peterson?

Sounds like Chandra and Laci were killed by the same people -and I think the people who framed Michael Skakel are the key do exposing these people who abuse the legal system to grant murderers like Ken Littleton immunity from prosecution.
Ken Littleton was responsible for supervising the skinny little kid who was blamed for Martha's murder, and the process of victimizing Scott Peterson is identical to the one that was used to demonize Scott Peterson and to make it look like Ken Littleton/Amber Frey are victims:
