At the very least, the Prosecution should be charged with contempt of court, for leaking autopsy records. Geragos is too much of a gentleman to charge the Rocha's for burglarizing the Peterson home.
The prosecution was trying to paint the picture that the poor Rocha family represented the sympathetic victims while the Peterson's were the so mean, that they even denied the Rocha family the opportunity to collect Laci's things.
The plot to demonize the Peterson family was right on cue, but the Prosecution's creepy scheme fell apart because they were trying to put out two fires at the same time. Detective David Sween had frequently indicated that gunfire was the main cause of death and the compelling suggestion that Laci was shot in the head by her captor created a frenzy in the office of the
Prosecution. Somebody invariably suggested that they could use the autopsy to dispel the rumor that Laci was shot in the head and that is why the Prosecutor's Office defied a court order and leaked the autopsy records.
The Prosecution is absolutely desperate and their conduct is absolutely criminal.
It doesn't pay to try to replace the truth with a sleazy, publicity campaign.
Scott "did it" people cannot simply explain away the simple facts:
According to the case timeline, Scott left at 9:30am to the Marina he produced a time-stamped receipt.. Several neighbors saw Laci walking the dog that morning. At 10:30am a neighbor found Laci's dog with a muddy leash wandering in the street... If Laci did not walk the dog, a neighbor would not have found him wandering in the street with his muddy leash at 10:30am while Scott was traveling to the Berkeley Marina. Nobody saw a dog wandering the streets other than the neighbor that found him, therefore the dog was evidently alone in the street for a very short time, confirming the exact time that Laci was kidnapped.

The Prosecution claims that autopsy leaks favored the defense. What a stupid complaint ! Of course, autopsy evidence favors the defense, Scott did not murder his wife.
The prosecution thought that their leaks would favor them because the autopsy does not prove that Laci was shot.

Campskakel.com offered a message board [before it was closed down] for post-trial discussion on what was called the most important legal case of the new century. The entire world was free to talk about the landmark case of CT vs. Michael Skakel, billed as the Kennedy cousin conviction for the murder of Martha Moxley. It was a fascinating message board because it allowed what was essentially a world-wide debate, to be settled by ordinary people.
Ordinary people ask all the right questions. Racists and bigots, provide all the wrong answers.
I was surfing the Intenet one day, when I spotted this intriguing question on another message board. "If Ken Littleton is innocent, why does he need immunity?" Nobody was able to answer the question. And so, I decided to borrow the question and to post it on Campskakel.com. Lo and behold, staunch Kennedy hater answered the question in record time. According to eridu, Ken Littleton needed immunity because:
"Because he testified in front of a grand jury.If they didn't want him to have immunity they would not of had him testify. By testifying in front of the grandjury anybody and everybody that testifies has transactual immunity. Tommy Skakel was not called before the grand jury and thus has no immunity."
Alana Green had an ordinary response to this extraordinarl legal manouvre. Alana Green retorted with:
"Good Idea. If you are a murderer, testify before the Grand Jury. Nice Trick !"
Eridu didn't wast any time disputing the obvious.

Why does Lucianne Goldberg always get away with perverting justice? A good friend recently said, and I am paraphrasing: "If the media was objective, the fact that Lucianne Goldberg,[Nixon's former spy] was Mark Fuhrman's editor would have been front page news." I guess that explains everything. Nixon's cronies developed their own justice system, and the refrain of their mantra was, "If the media does not report it, it is not a crime."
Given the way Mark Fuhrman has hijacked the jurisdiction of the Martha Moxley, murder investigation, it is also reasonable to assume that Goldberg "edited" Littleton's immunity deal, and that is absolutely disgusting because Ken Littleton is probably a serial murderer. In particular, he may very well be linked to all the the unsolved murders that followed him around like clockwork, especially in Ottawa Canada, where murders were not so frequent until Ken Littleton, the unemployed, drunk lunatic, moved in.
Nobody ever gave a damn about Ken Littleton's evident victims. Every single media in the entire world used the soundbite of a heroin addict, Gregory Coleman, "I'm going to get away with murder because I am a Kennedy" to justify the conviction of Michael Skakel, and that is the solitary currency value that defined Gregory Coleman. Needless to say, it was also his death sentence, because as long as Gregory Coleman was alive, it was only a matter of time before Mickey Sherman demonstrated the value of fake currency. Gregory Coleman was probably murdered because he could not have possibly survived cross examination at Skakel's murder trial, and that seriously jeopardized the plot to frame Michael Skakel. People who manage to secure immunity from prosecution for murderers like Ken Littleton highlight the fact that lawyers are routinely used to protect criminals. Lawyers are further used to protect the reputations of people who are corrupt, incompetent or both, and they ultimately define a world that is impossible to understand as long as we ignore the motivation behind their repugnant, legal tactics. It is never easy to uncover concealed motivation, but is is always necessary and always impossible to otherwise discover the truth.
The truth is impossible to control. You can have an army of hired advocates to dispute everything, and they can certainly dominate publicity through their fickle, aggressive advocacy, but there is absolutely nothing that these ignorant fools can do to control the truth. They are hired, not to expose the truth, but to cover it up, and since it is their intention to exploit ignorance, they cry "conspiracy" whenever they are confronted by the obvious truths that the mainstream media ignores.

During the initial stages of the investigation, Mark Fuhrman over and over and over again on all sorts of tv programs told us that Scott's alibi did not fit the timeline. But alas!! That all changed when the bodies were found. Now the timeline is groovy with Mark. What a chump.

Where is the witness for the prosecution?
The plot to frame Scott Peterson was supposed to gel through fraudulently cultivated witnesses, but the testimony of a mysterious trucker witness who allegedly proves that Scott Peterson murdered Laci on the 23rd of December, was dissolved through the failed effort to destroy the credibility of all the witnesses who saw Laci walking her dog on Christmas Eve.
The failed scheme to frame Scott Peterson is extremely transparent. Court TV message boards are almost exclusively committed to the task of promoting false reports that implicate Scott Peterson, and regular posters like, oceanblueyes reflect the significanse of the trucker who was probably the intended, preliminary inquiry witness. According to oceanblueyes;
"From what I have read the trucker called MPD on 12-26 before any pictures of Scott's boat or truck was shown to the public, that did not happen until 1-3 or 4 I think. I have always thought this witness could be a Bombshell witness. If he gave them name of the model of the boat "Gamefisher" on the 26th that would be astounding information.
Truck drivers make very good witnesses on the stand, they are very detailed in what they see. Remember it was the truck driver that found the D.C. Snipers. It happens in many cases. They spend their time on the road like we do at the office, it is their natural environment and they are aware of what is happening around them."
According to Court TV poster, BlueHouse who evidently bet the family farm on this trucker that is supposed to hang Scott Peterson:
"Same thing I heard, that the trucker is a viable witness. That he identified the word 'Gamefisher' on the boat and he also especially noticed the big green Greenlee tool box in the back."
The trucker is not a figment of message board chatter; "He reported info to the police immediately following Laci's disappearance and was asked not to speak -- this is according to KFBK Sacramento radio station's broadcast!"
This is not merely rumor and speculation, it is a grotesque effort to manufacture evidence to fraudulently contradict the simple fact that Laci was walking her dog on December 24, 2002.
According to Court TV, message poster, Nic, "This witness could be key. I am not trying to start a rumor so don't anyone quote me but I swear I heard he was retired police. That's why he thought it was strange she did not move. Now nobody yell at me but I swear I heard that somewhere."
According to Court TV message poster, Keptkitty, "I always thought he was one of the witnesses the LE was trying to protect... There ARE witnesses being protected... we just don't know WHO. I had related to this trucker because I ALWAYS remember people that cut me off....and truckers do also.... they hate drivers that do that."
Where is this secret witness who reportedly called the police on December 26 and told them that on December 23rd, he drove beside Scott Peterson for eighty miles, while his dead wifes head flopped back and forth in her seat? Clearly, The effort to make this witness sound credible was developed to the point where the secret witness reportedly told the police the boat model had GAMEFISHER written on the side, before anyone in the public (which did not come out until Jan. 2, 2003) was made aware... Even Nancy Grace claimed that this was explosive evidence, and she promoted this lame effort to frame Scott Peterson on national television. That's right, this secret witness places Scott Peterson, his wife and his boat at the same place and at the same time, and that is the intended, smoking gun that is supposed to reverse the simple fact that Scott Peterson was spotted in his boat alone, on Christmas Eve.
Credibility is not a matter of a plan to frame an innocent man. If the trucker was credible, Scott Peterson would have been arrested on December 26, 2002. Credibility is the unrehearsed, Christmas Eve Laci sightings that are not disputed by anyone, except the conspiracy theorists who have visions of secret witnesses who aggressively seek to create the false impression that Scott Peterson murdered his wife the day before she was spotted walking her dog. That's what you call a grotesque conspiracy theory and anybody who promotes it is covering up the truth about the murder of Laci Peterson. It's called obstruction of justice and the failure to produce this secret witness at a previously scheduled, preliminary inquiry is not cause to delay the plot to frame Scott peterson. It is cause to release a man who has been illegally detained.

I feel sorry for the witnesses the Prosecution is intimidating. This reminds me of Monica Lewinsky, when Ken Starr's office gagged her. Corrupt Prosecutors always gag people who threaten to expose their illegal schemes. That is why honest prosecutors, like Bob McCullough, who prosecuted Stacey Lannert, are worth their weight in gold.
Prosecutors want the names and addresses of witnesses the defense plans to call at the preliminary hearing. Are they trying to intimidate them? In the meantime, the people who murdered Laci Peterson have hired private security guards to keep the media away from Amber. Needless to say, the people who hired the whore to frame Scott Peterson are worried.
Are they going to murder her, to cover their tracks? How big is the staff that is working on Amber --5 private security guards, Gloria Allred --who is paying for this plot?
I agree Barb, you raise a valid point. There is truth in clarity. The website about the secret witness is incredible because it exposes truth without explicitly claiming that Scott Peterson is being framed. The truth is irrefutable and it speaks for itself.
It isrefreshing to encounter valid criticism because most people either praise me or they aggressively ridicule me because the truth shatters the delusion that Scott Peterson murdered Laci.

You are so wrong. That was then, this is now. That was true when you made it clear that the failure to explore the cause of death was not acceptable, and then, the prosecution leaked the pliers story to the National Enquirer.
The very same people who leaked the preposterous, National Enquirer story planted Laci's hair on pliers. If the Prosecution did not leak the story about the pliers, then who did?
It is very clear and obvious to any reasonable person that the bodies of Laci and Connor were deliberately dumped near Berkeley Marina, to create the false impression that Scott Peterson murdered his own wife and child.
If you would like to invent plausible, magic bullet theories like "coffin birth" and the claim that the bodies were weighted down by cement to explain the mysterious surfacing, it is not sufficient enough to explain why the bodies ended up near the spot they were allegedly dropped.
Drop any single body in Berkeley Marina and there is no telling where it will turn up because the tides will rip through it. If you drop two bodies, Connor and Laci, and you manage to recover them both anywhere near the same area, you are truly the sort of magician who demonstrates the capacity to recover Laci Peterson's head. Why is the head still missing? Is it an effort to conceal a bullet wound? [ --which is, of course, the leading cause of homicide.] Now that is what you call probable.
The probable cause of death is conveniently ignored and that is not excusable.

A source close to the double-murder case said Peterson had a sonogram in September, about three months before she went missing. She would have been about five months pregnant in September and about 8 months pregnant at the time she was kidnapped.
I believe that Laci miscarried in captivity, and that Connor died because Laci did not receive the care she deserved. In my opinion, any alternative explanation is not even remotely plausible, under the circumstances.
If I hear Nancy Grace say 'Coffin Birth' one more time, somebody should gag her.

Skakel is absolutely innocent, but Ken Littleton is the murderer. Ken Littleton used a single golf club to bludgeon Martha Moxley to death, not two.
This new revelation is not about Michael Skakel. It's about maintaining the fraud that Ken Littleton is innocent. Nice try !

Ken Littleton murdered Martha Moxley and if a thousand people confess to the murder, it will not make any difference.
People think that an admission of guilt is the most damaging evidence that can possibly be presented. That is not true.
When the Lindbergh baby was kidnapped in 1932, there were more than 200 false confessions.
What is the purpose of a false confession? A false confession is designed to make all the other aspects of a murder superfluous, and the question that always needs to be considered is what is the purpose of confession evidence? For example, Ken Littleton claims that Michael Skakel confessed to him. What is the purpose of that "confession"? Isn't it obvious? The consequence of a false confession is rather self-explanatory when the the totality of the trickery that Ken Littleton deploys for the sake of getting away with murder, is carefully considered. Indeed, the harder Ken Littleton works, to falsely accuse Michael Skakel, the easier it becomes to understand the claim that Ken Littleton murdered Martha Moxley. The truth is not superfluous. False accusations are.
It is not easy to separate false confessions from authentic confessions, but in the case of Martha Moxley murder, it is not a challenge because the evidence that implicates Ken Littleton is too strong to explain away with a false or unreliable confession.
People do not understand confessions and they need to be warned because it is very easy to pervert justice through false confessions.
Unfortunately, people assume that most confessions are spontaneous and that almost all are truthful. In reality, most confessions are negotiated and 20% are recanted.
Voluntary, false confessions are offered willingly without elicitation and are instigated for publicity purposes. Coerced-compliant false confessions are made even though the suspect knows that he is innocent and they are the specialty of rogue cops who exploit the fact that police interrogation is a stressful experience.
Good investigatores do not rely on confessions. In fact, confessions are meaningless. Ken Littleton is not innocent because he has refused to confess [at least, without a well organized recantation]. Ken Littleton is guilty because anybody who carefully explores all the circumstances surrounding the murder and the cover up which relates to the Martha Moxley homicide, cannot avoid the conclusion.
Ken Littleton now claims that Michael Skakel had told him he had murdered Martha Moxley. Anybody buy that confession? Anybody understand the purpose of this publicity?
Ken Littleton's routine conduct and behavior is better than a confession because he has consistently withdrawn cooperation in a panic and aggressively defied all his interrogators, and his current obsession to claim that Michael Skakel confessed, speaks for itself --more panic.
In my experience, if you are a good investigator, you should expect false confessions in highly publicized cases. This is no surprise.
Ken Littleton's apologists obsessively cover up the opportunity to solve the Martha Moxley murder through false confessions, and it is reasonable to assume that the latest confession is more of the same.
The promotion of a false confession is not proof of Michael Skakel's innocense. It is proof that Mark Fuhrman cannot prove that Michael Skakel is guilty, because Ken Littleton murdered Martha Moxley.
The trickery that surrounds false confessions may very well be Mark Fuhrman's cup of tea [Gregory Coleman was "high on cocaine" during his proxy confession] but it is not mine.
All confessions, and there are many, which relate to the Murder of Martha Moxley are false, unless Ken Littleton decides to tell the truth.

Maybe all these false confessions about a murderer other than Ken Littleton are merely designed to discredit you. After all, David Sween is the talk of every message board --are they getting worried?
Corrupt cops like Fuhrman clearly understand the value of false confessions like Gregory Coleman's because the research indicates that "confession evidence is inherently prejudicial and that people do not discount it even when it was logically and legally appropriate to do so."
Corrupt police use manipulation and trickery to induce false confessions, and if they are not the source of the zeal to discredit David Sween, then who is?
As for Scott's guilt, that's another big joke. Fortunately, they don't have prejudicial, "confession evidence" to hang him with, but what's the difference.? He is still the victim of a prolonged, illegal detention --the Prosecutor delayed the Prelim because he couldn't find the witness? --what an absolute joke.
This case against Scott is open and shut. The police tried to break Scott, they failed because the guy is innocent and now, they have egg on their face.
This is Police Academy 101 folks.

A body has been found near a marina in Richmond, Calif., in an area frequented by people who walk their dogs -wow, what a neat way to make sure that the body of a newborn is discovered -how creative !
Beats planting Laci's body in Scott's new truck, doesn't it?
Modesto investigators were airlifted to Richmond's Point Isabel Regional Park Monday after a second discovery, a badly decomposed female body was spotted in shallow water a little more than a mile from where the corpse of a male fetus was discovered on Sunday.
Modesto police arrived by helicopter in the late afternoon, but a department spokesman downplayed any connection to the missing woman -they don't want to appear to be too excited.
Why didn't they move this fast when Laci Peterson was spotted alive?
The site is only a few miles from the Berkeley Marina where Scott Peterson said he went fishing the day his pregnant wife disappeared Christmas Eve. Now that would blow his alibi right out of the water, wouldn't it?
Meanwhile, the Contra Costa County Coroner has identified a dead fetus found Sunday afternoon as a full-term male.
Police are not sure if the discovery of the body and the baby are connected. Oh, what a coincidence !
Of course, the bodies are Laci & her baby, and they have not been there since 12/24 because the murderers were planning to plant them in Scott's new truck, so it does not take a genius to figure out the fact that someone else killed them & put the bodies where they knew Scott had been. Nobody is stupid enough, [except perhaps the Modesto Police Department] to believe that Scott Peterson kept the bodies hidden and dumped them in the last month or so.
The murderers were very stupid to dump the bodies in the Bay because all they did was to confirm their obsession to frame Scott Peterson.

The fact that Scott Peterson is an innocent man is quite obvious because the systematic injustice of the staggering tunnel vision of the entire investigation, is the transparent roadmap of every predictable travesty of justice.
In Canada, the conviction of Guy Paul Morin reflects all the tactics and the gimmicks that are currently being used in a desperate effort to build a case against Scott Peterson.
Police, forensic experts and Crown prosecutors were so confident -- so smug -- that they built their case backwards, manipulating and creating evidence to prove the guilt of a suspect who could not possibly be innocent. But he was.
To prosecute Guy Paul Morin, the authorities relied upon prosecutorial subornation of perjury from jail house informants and forensic fraud by police experts.
To be specific, the forensic science examiner was under pressure from police and prosecutors to overstate her evidence. She admitted that sets of similar fibers on the victim's remains and in the suspects' Honda did not necessarily mean the victim had been in the vehicle. At first she denied that she told the jury in no uncertain terms that the fibers "matched," then she admitted under intense questioning several days later that she never told the jury that her evidence was of little value
because no one ever asked her that.
The case against Scott appears to reflect similar pressure. Conner was reportedly a full term baby, but pressure has evidently conspired, to accomodate an implausible window of opportunity --to create the false impression that Scott Peterson murdered Laci. He did not.
