Rose: well, if you know them, then you could come w/ me, I'm just on my way back out to them... *sighs* it's good to know that Merry's alright, everyone said that they were dead...
((Meri! Veet! post! we're way ahead of you! an' I'm on my way out to ya too, to!))

Re: The scouring of the shire
Daisy: *smiles* Thanks. It'd be great if I could see so I could look them face to face. This blindness is going away very, very slowly. *Searches for Midnight's reigns.*
Re: The scouring of the shire

Re: The scouring of the shire
Daisy: *takes the reings* Thanks. Uh... Probably not. Though Midnight knows how to direct me, if I am ever blinded by something. Usually I'll have my dog, Ruby, here with me, but she's running about elsewhere. Probably with her new brood. That I've heard about a few times.
*Takes Daisy's hand and starts off towards Hobbiton again.*

Re: The scouring of the shire
Daisy: *following the girl* Thank you, youngin'. It's nice to meet some nice young people once again. It's very rare in some places.
Re: The scouring of the shire
Rose: well, it ought to be common 'round here, Hobbits *are* usually nice, note usually, you wouldn't want to be messing with Lobilia Sackvillbaggins, most horrible woman in the shire mark my words!*Rose continued happily gossiping about the going ons in the Shire, still being careful to stay on the path w/ Daisy*
Re: The scouring of the shire*Veet returns from scouting*
Veet: Meri, I'm worried... The house appears to be deserted. There are sheds built up all around it, though, and more all down the lane. I guess that the ruffians live in those. But there is no sign of anyone in Bag End: it is filthy. The lawn is covered in refuse, and the house is full of dust and other signs of disuse.

Meri: Why would the halflings let such a horrid thing happen to their home? Or maybe they're not able to stop it? *shakes head* Should we make ourselves known to whoever put themself in charge, or should we wait for the halflings to come back?
Re: The scouring of the shire
Veet: I do not know. But this concerns me. Did not that hobbit lass say that someone lived here? Someone who was responsible for all this? Could she have been mistaken, or do you think that something has happened to him?

Re: The scouring of the shire
Meri: *thinks for a moment* Yes... I do remember her saying that someone lived there... but if it's in that much of a horrible shape, maybe they've left by now? ... but looking around, it doesn't appear that anyone *bad* has left, and that's what's keeping the good from leaving...
Rose: and here we are! Don't mind the sights, though, they have seen better... Much better, *continues on to bag end* wha.... what happened? it's worse then everywhere else put together!! It looks downright abandoned... *shakes head* ah well... *spots Meri and Veet* hallo! There ye are! This is Daisy *jerks head in Dee's direction* she said that she knows you, mind that she's a wee bit blind at the moment, alright?
((she's gotten over teh shock, gossiped out the pain, and she's pretty good now... 'Swhy she's so happy...lol))

Re: The scouring of the shire
Daisy: I really don't know, Mer. All I know is that I was riding on Midnight's back, next thing I know I see this flash of white light. Midnight freaks out, and throws me to the ground. Then she runs away. I'm blinded from the light and someone had come to help me. The voice sounded evil and sent chills down my spine. So I ran like a chicken. Or atleast tried to... *growls, and grits teeth* This blindness isn't going away as quickly as I want it to.
