Re: The Golden Basilica
Daisy: Well, Elfie. It seems Aragorn is much like Legolas, eh? *laughs* Anyway... Here's your gift, from the both of us. Sorry to spoil the gift for you two, but it's something like Legolas and I have. Made from Windigate, they are a pair of rings, and necklaces. Both made of gold, with rubies and diamonds. *hands the box to Elfie.* Congratulations. *hugs them both.*

Legolas: Congratulations Aragorn, and Elfie. We wish you well in your lives together.

Re: The Golden Basilica
*RB and Frodo walk up to Elfie and Aragorn*

RB: So you finally got married! Congratulations! I jope you two have a wonderful life together. I was hard to figure out anything to give you all. So for Elfie I give you this *She gave her a box and in it was a set of pearls. A necklace and earrings to match.* And to Aragorn, a life of hard times about the rings. ;) But no, I also give you this. *She also gave Aragorn a box. But in it, was a silver necklace with a pendent on it. The pendent was a polished round stone with red and amber streaks that seemed to glow and the streaks of color seemed to move and rotate. It was almost hypnotic.* Yes, Tis a curious little stone isn't it?

Elfie: Wait now. Tell me about the rings if you will.

RB: Ah. Well, I went to pick them up and I guess that Aragorn had already paid or they had been payed for by someone else. Any way, I went there and told him I was going to pisk up the some weeding rings. They are for the king. Aragorn forgot to tell him that he himself would not be picking up the rings. I had to proof that I was going to take them to the wedding and that I was not going to steal from the king. One of the guards came in for something and asked why I was not at the wedding. I told the guard and he vouched for me. What a silly thought. Me. stealing from the King!

Re: The Golden Basilica
Aragorn:*apologetically* My apologies to you, Rose. I rather forgot that I'd asked you to pick the rings up.
Rb: Ah, no harm done. Anyway, I hope you two will be very happy together!
Elfie:*kneeling down to hug Rb* Thank you! And I hope you and Frodo work things out;) !
Aragorn: What's this?Frodo...
Elfie and Rb: None of your business.
Aragorn: *slightly hurt air surrounding him* Well, if you're going to be that way about it..!
*Elfie reached up and kissed his chin, laughing.*
Elfie:*to Rb* Men are rather sensitive, aren't they?
Rb:*with a straight face* Oh absolutely. They can't stand being ignored, or kept secrets from
Aragorn: Oh keep quiet you two!
*Elfie and Rb laughed at Aragorn's disgusted tone. At this time, Frodo walked in and saw Rb. His face lighting up, he hurried over to talk to her. Seeing Frodo bearing down upon Rb, Elfie gently but inexorably, dragged Aragorn away from them.
The pair stood in the corner of a room talking. Upon the dias in the center of the room where a orchestra played music, Albin stepped up.*

Albin: Ladies and gentlemen, appearing in their first official function as the rulers of the fair realms of Gondor and Arnor, Elessar and his queen, Elawen!!
*The orchestra started up its music, signifying the first official dance of the royal couple. Aragorn, his face resolute, led out an opening grinning Elawen onto the floor. Slowly, other couples followed suit.*
Elfie: Don't look so grim, mel nin.
Aragorn:*between clenched teeth* I'm going to get Albin for this!
Elfie: It is tradition, Aragorn. You have to dance at your wedding.
Aragorn: I'm passing a law against this as soon as we reach home. Dnce only if you want to.
Elfie:*snuggling upto him* Sounds nice, doesn't it? "Home"
Aragorn: Mm..yes. *slightly tripping, but quickly recovering so no one noticed it* Ahh! Darling, don't distract me...I need to pay attention to my feet here, and you are sort of distracting!
*The music rose around them in cresendo and barely anyone heard Elfie's smothered crack of laughter as they waltzed around the floor.*

Re: The Golden Basilica
*Albin and Silver dance near them, and Silver giggles as she watches Quall dance with the Sandling Princess. He towers head and shoulders above her. The song ends, and Aragorn hurriedly leaves the dance floor, followed by Elfie, Silver, and Albin. Quall is still dancing.*

Silver: I suppose this is the first official meeting of the Kings from both sides of the Fault.

Albin: It would certainly seem so, my love. *turns to Aragorn, Silver on his arm* I am sorry I was not here to greet you at your arival, King Aragorn. Of course, re-uniting a kingdom can be messy business, as I am sure you know. Please accept my appologies, and welcome to Esseniar.

JudazgKhan comes in dressed in a silken robe of black and silver, a girdle of multi colored precious metals is around her waist...she gets a glass of punch and watchs the dancers..she knows that none of the Elvish males will dance with her and her Amber eyes are somewhat sad, Lord Sauron was busy and sent her to repressent Mordor and to bring their gift*the swan statue* The She-Uruk wishes to dance, she sighs and sips her punch....

Re: The Golden Basilica
((Sorry Lady..I missed your post:o ))

*Elawen put the crown that the Lady of Moria had given her on top of her head. The white jewel set in the middle suddenly blazed out and slowly subsized to a faint glimmer.*
Elfie: Oh this is beautiful!!! Thank you!! *glomps Lady*
Lady Of Moria: *laughing* You're welcome!!
*Elfie danced over to where Aragorn was standing talking with Albin and Silver.*
Elfie:*excitedly* Look what the Lady of Moria got me!
Aragorn: It's very pretty, my dear.
Elfie: I love it! Can I wear this instead of that heavy crown?
Aragorn:*slightly suprised* Well...
Elfie:*looking at him with pleading eyes* Pleeeaasee...?
Aragorn:*with a long suffering look* Alright, you can. But at official functions..
Elfie:*solemnly* I promise!! *She hugged Aragorn. Letting go, she looked at Albin and Aragorn critically*
You two don't have to talk so formally you know..I think we've all known each other long enough.
Albin:*smiling* Your wife is adorable, Aragorn.*to Elfie* Child, I've known you for a long time. This is the first time I have ever met the King of Gondor.
Elfie:*abashed* Oh. Ah well..you know me well enough. It should serve!
Silver:*laughing* I have to agree with this impossible child!
Elfie:*indignantly* I am not a child! Why must everyone call me that?!
Aragorn:*kissing her cheek* Because you are one and we adore you for it.
Elfie: Oh if you put it that way, I have no problem!
*Elawen looked over at the punch table. Wolfie stood there, looking rather lonely. Her eyes lighting up speculatively, she excused herself from her friends and wandered over to a group of handsome Elf-warrior men standing near the french windows, mithril swords sheathed in jewel-crusted sheaths. At her arrival, they touched their hands to their foreheads in a sign of respect. What she said to them, no-one could hear, but one of the group detached himself and walked over to Wolfie.*
Elf: Suilad JudazgKhan, one of the Maia! I am Celebalph, warrior of Lorien. Would you care for a dance with me?

*Daisy and Legolas watch as the other guests dance on the floor. The smile, and laugh as Meri and Merry dance. Then laugh even more when they see Frodo, and RB dancing. Knowing they're going to be pressured to dance they go outside to sit at the fountain. Hoping they wouldn't be followed.*

*Is still dancing out on the dance floor and begins to laugh. Why, nobody but she and Frodo knows.*

RB: But I thought...

Frodo: Well, you thought wrong!

RB: But you said!

Frodo: No! I never did! Rose Marie, I never said that!

RB:*The laughing eyes disappear from her face* So why did you...

Frodo: I was too afraid I guess?

RB: Of what? Me getting hurt? Why does it always come back to this? *Runs out of the hall and keeps running, tears swelling in her eyes, unknowingly passing Legolas and Daisy in the process*

Frodo: *Runs to the door* Rose! Wait!

*She keeps running she doesn't stop till she's alone at her archery glen*

Frodo: Why does she always do this? I never understood how should could practice while she was upset. *Starts to walk to where RB is. It's about a mile away from the party. The walk would not take long*

Re: The Golden Basilica
*Elawen watched her friends, Celebalph and Wolfie dancing around, Wolfie loving particularly beautiful and happy. Grinning, she returned to her party. She saw Rb run off with Frodo following her. "This is not something for you to interfere in, Elawen!" she told herself firmly.
Rejoining Silver and the others, she joined in their conversation. At Albin's suggestion that they move in for dinner, Aragorn took Elfie's arm and walked beside Albin and Silver to the great dining hall

*Frodo countinues to walk untill he reaches where he knows RB will be. But to his suprise she's just sitting there. She's always practices when she's upset... He walks up behind her*

RB: *Never turning around, she just knows* So, maybe can answer my question now.

Frodo: Because I care about you. *Takes a seat next to her*

RB: That's what you always say. And there lies the problem. How can we ever survive marriage if you don't let me do what I feel I need to do? I've never stopped you.

Frodo: But what you want to do is dangerous.

RB: I would never do anything that would seriously hurt or kill me. I just wish you would trust me like you did. I never did anything to lose it and I have.

Daisy: Hi Lady. So you looking for a dance partner? If you want I could set you up with my brother. Who's got the same bloodline as me. Dwarf/tamer/wizard. Mostly human, but not so much dwarvish. And he's taller than me. Which sucks 'cause I wanna be tall.

Re: The Golden Basilica
*Elfie, tired of sitting quietly in the dining hall, listening to Albin and Aragorn talk politics, walked back into the ball-room. The orchestra was playing one of her favorite tunes and unbidden, her foot began tapping out the beat. At that moment, a dark eyed elf with midnight hair walked upto her.Under his dark cloak, he wore a black doublet embroidered with gold and silver hose. Seeing him, Elfie looked amazed and then gave a cry of happy suprise*
Elfie: Well, I was wondering when you'd get here, Berion!
Berion:*bowing low with a impish smile in his eyes* It was a long journey, my Queen, and some orcs sought to slow me down.
Elfie:*concerned* You're not hurt, are you?
Berion:*slightly raising his left eyebrow* Elawen, my one true love, have you forgotten my prowess during the time that I have been away??
Elfie: I have, haven't I? Well, its good to see you again. How's everything in Valinor?
Berion: Much the same...though Tulkas and Orome did have a slight disagreement over some game of dice and are not speaking to each other.
Elfie:*sighing* And they are the Gods that rule our world!
Berion:*with the same expression as that of Elfie* My sentiments exactly!
*They looked at each other for some time before they both burst out laughing. Berion threw a casual arm around Elfie's shoulders and drew out a long, wrapped package from under his cloak.*
Berion: Here's something for you, child. I remembered that you were getting married, so I got you something.
Elfie:Oh thank you, Berion!! That's very nice of you!
Berion: *dismissing it with a wave of his hand* Not at all. Was my pleasure. Where's your husband..I have something for him also.
Elfie:*tearing away the colorful paper that covered the mysterious object* He can wait. I saw you first.
*The present turned out be a flute of a strange, light metal. When the light fell on it, the silvery metal would shimmer and become another color. Elfie blew a few trills on it and the noise that issued was sweet and beautiful. Thanking Berion again, she hugged him.
They spoke together for some time and danced to a few songs. Elfie then saw Lady standing in a corner, looking rather lonely. A strange gleam came into her eye, a gleam that everyone who knew her would know spelt trouble. Unfortunately for Berion, he missed it. Unobtrusively, she led him upto the lady of Moria.

Elfie: Lady, I'd like you to meet my dear cousin, Berion of Telpėnórė. He has but just arrived from Valinor.
