I never agreed with that myself. As far as I am concerned football is the one with the big pitch and the round ball which is exclusively kicked about. The other one was just improperlly named.
I lack however the ability to do anything about it, so my apologies.

If there is such an adamant stance against dissolving Tomann Indochina, I'd be willing to purchase the territory off of Talamthom. Sort of a "selling it back to the natives" type of deal. Thus allowing it to fade out in a procedural and official manner, rather than the proverbial wiping it clean from the map.
I'd hate to have to enforce such a regulation on Talamthom, but in coming months that may just be the case (I cannot say more at this time).

I'd like to see something along those lines, make it a little more interesting than just the 'clean up' like Ryan indicated. Natives reaching self-determination, the colonial 'parent' finding it a little hard to go with, a near 'police action' but resolved to satisfaction prior to any real conflict.
