vocal anyone?
hey i havent seen any vocal students post anything yet, so i thought i'd start and see if ill have any fellow students this summer :)

although i suppose everyone's busy with the plethera of concerts that crop up every May (I know i will have performed 5 different programs in 6 days by Monday evening :run )

I'm going for vocal. Do either of you Chesapeake guys go to Western Branch? That's where all state choir was this year. I have seriously never been in a school auditorium that big....ever.

Alto?
Was she an alto or a soprano? I'm a B2, and he mixed the sopranos and the basses and the tenors and the altos so the odds are that I didn't even see her if she was an alto.

Hey guys... I'm Elaine. I'm an RA, choir teacher, and I was a vocal student at Governor's School in 2000! You guys are going to have a great time. I learned so much and I'm sure you can imagine the sound when you get 25 of the best singers in the state together in one room. Katy is one of the teachers. (She's been with GovSchool for a while). music theatre?
hey kids, im will comin down from D.C. for vocal music. i of course od lots of choir stuff, but i really specialize in music theatre more than anything else. just wondering if anyone here was the same :p

Hey, I'm from Ashland, Virginia. I'm a Tenor 2. Haven't seen many guy vocalist post anything. But I'm kind of nervous for the first class and havign to sing in front of everyone. I just don't want to screw it up. And it's also my birthday, so I guess i'll see how it goes!
