gathering dream
I have constantly over the last few years had dreams of a huge pagan gathering , not just a weekend one, but one that seems to be like a community of clan, there are always many tents and such on my property, I also have dreams of going out and picking up lost children and collecting supplies and thoughts

This dream has a very prophetic feel to it.I'm not sure if you're aware of this or not,but not long ago,my husband and I were discussing starting a "commune-type"thing,and were actively looking for others who were like minded.
Could it be that you have had similar thoughts?I ask,because I've had many people tell me they have had eerily similar ideas,with the thinking being that with the way things are heading in this country,a communal type set-up may be the only way for people like us to survive.
Dreams of picking up lost children,and collecting supplies would be your minds way of letting you know that you are the type who wants to be "of service"to people.You are a helper,one who feels a need to make sure there that no one does without,at least not around you.It's your subconscious telling you that this may be a path for you to take a serious look at.

i REALLY want to talk to you about these dreams.
i dont only think they are way prophetic, but i think the asian lady in your other(and seemingly related) dream may be either your spirit guide or the goddess herself(i'm leaning to the latter because of the way i felt struck when reading your dream). i am shadeaux's son if nobody has said so yet, and i seem to have similar and complimentary talents to my mom's. i have major intuition about dreams. they also chime with the theme of the pagan story of the calling of the goddess(hence my thinking the asian lady is her).

Hello,
Thank you both for the replies, I have had many dreams concerning communities and I also have been approached by other friends with the same idea. I do agree with the world going toward how it is it will come back to people living as clans and so on .

Sherry, its really weird, i have had similar dreams. Only in my dreams there is a sense of urgency and I am digging a well and stacking creek stones. In some I am building houses most for children, for the furniture i build from stone and fallen wood is very very scaled down in size. I remeber now placing little quilts on small beds and feeling just really fullfilled. There is also a little old lady who is seemingly frail but who rounds on me if i take a break. Telling me it must be done, And quick. She is snow white and always wears grey, harsh and persistant but not unkind. I remebr vividly feeling "Id slap you if I didnt love you so much" and her laughingly saying id like to see you try. It didnt seem weird that i thought it and she replied rather then me saying it.
after reading this thread, i am wondering if there isnt a need being felt amongst many pagans and likeminds to band together if not for survival then support?? Certainly i feel its something.
I also have a strong sense that there is a ship on the horizon...i know its probaly my hedge witchery kicking in and all that but when something new and important begins in my life, I see myself standing on a bluff watching an enormous wooden ship coming in, i feel excitement and fear all at the same time. am i making ANY sense at all?
