life, and connection to mystery and miracle.
I trust in this process and affirm that I
receive the right price in the right time.

If possible, light the candles when prospects come to see your house. Refresh flowers in the vase as needed, keeping fresh flowers in the house during the selling period.
Spell for a Smooth Sale
On a Wednesday during a waxing moon and in the second hour after sunset, light a blue and a green candle. Place some yellow flowers in a vase with water.
Say aloud:
I call in the magic of Mercury
for clear communications, contracts, and connections
in this hour of Venus, who bestows her
blessings of ease, grace, bounty, and joy
during this selling time.
I affirm that I participate in the sale of this home
in pure faith and that I relinquish
my hold over the land and my control over
the process for the best possible sale experience.
I ask that this be done for the greater good and for
the good of the new owners.
With faith and respect for the power of spirit
I say,
So be it.
And it is so.
