ideas(3)....i would like feed back on this...
ok...first of all..this is about mods. Most of the mods at the FC myself included are usually busy with our lives or answering WPP's or editing memebers. the only Mod that i have seen have WPP's out is Dratini27. good for you. but when i get on i have e-mails from people....im's from people to answer the WPP's and then there are the areas which i normally go to to check on (volcano and forest). i mean i have no time to post my own WPP's. this is why i am suggesting a Mod. salary. they either get payed for every 10 WPP's they close or a pokemon (Rare) for every cetrain amout of WPP's they close. that way it is worth our time to answer the WPP's and not get anything else done.
seconde of all...i propose that we have 2 yes 2...mods per area. that way when 1 has to go on vacation or can't get on that day there is still one more possible person that can attend to the area. i know that Dai Lien and i haven't always gotten along, but since he said he had to go on vacation i have been helping out by answering the WPP's there. i feel that by having 2 there is a better chance that all the WPP's will be kept up to date. the 2 mods of the area will have the badge and will be able to give it out in a match. THe "seniors" of the areas might be mad at me that is why they should be the in charge of the areas and can ask the "understudy" to do things for him/her...just be all around in charge. plus..they should be the first one to be battled if a battle is requested.
lastly...i would think that there should be some more mods...or do we have enough if we did the idea listed above? if not...then if there is a person who would like to me a mod for the area then the leader of the area should hold a "battle" were the winner is the new mod. if we have ennoguh mods or there is a person who is a mod already he/she should get first pick as to what area they would like to be the "understudy for". i would like to help out Dai Lien with the forest (as i already do).
these are my ideas...please tell me what you think of them. i do not wish to make anyone upset or mad. if there is something you do not like about the above. give POSTIVE REINFORCMENT...and we could make a compromise or work on the things above. thanks for reading this long post...and have a nice day.

2) This I agree with, area leaders have often had to go on vacation, leaving there area unattended.

sorry but i think 2 leaders aint a good idea... i mean there should only be 1 person in charge of an area... and that 1 person should get challenged... i mean some mods r better then others, would u like it if uv never been defeated and u get a so-called "understudy" that loses a challenge? i kno i wouldnt
yes i think we need more mods tho... but not 2 per area... the rest can just answer anywhere...

I think it should be basically a leader and co-leader who takes over when the leader is gone.

Now...first I think the WPP thing...nah! We don't need a salary...we
wanted to be moderators and others want to too so no salary...just
ask Dragonice or an Administrator to turn off the 1 minute thing for
not spamming, it's very annoying...
Now 2...I think Scyther is right...although we hate each other's
guts...we should have two moderators for each area...I'm on vacation
but I'm not doing no work here until I return to my normal computer.

leaders...I said MODERATORS...1 area leader and 1 liutenant...the
area leader gets to pick the lieutenent...so if this works...I pick

1. I agree with Dai. We wanted to be Mods and some of us, Leaders. We volunteered for these positions so I don't think that we should recieve a salary.
2. I say that having a 2nd back-up Mod should be the decision of the Leaders in charge. I know that I can manage my own area fine without the help of other mods, but other Leaders may not feel the same way, so it should be their decision.
3. I also feel that we have enough mods for now. And since I just finished answering about every single WPP, no one can really complain, now can they?
