lighter shell? help me please, i,m very interested in living aboard.i live in london a stones throw from the river[tower bridge].i have noticed more and more barges on the river,quite a few of them look like lighter conversions. my queries are, 1. where can i get my hands on a lighter shell. 2 how much does one cost . 3. what kind of budget will i need to do a half desent job. 4.where can i work on it eg drie dock.i have worked in the structural steel game and know people with workshops. i also know quite a bit about interiors but thats enough about me.anybody out there with any info,it would be greatly appreciated,cheers........ivan...... |
