rendorer creation failed........
I asked this question before to Guildmates concerning the fact, when I log on sometimes I get the error message, "Rendorer Creation Failed"...
First I thought it might be my computer however, I wrote to Mythic anyway.. For those that had/have the same problem I get every so often, here is the solution

Click on the Windows start button. Next click on run and type in DXDIAG. Once the DXDIAG box pops up please click on the display tab. Next disable and then re-enable all 3 of the DirectX features. After you have re-enabled all three of these features, please run the test again. If the test is successful you may then proceed to play Shrouded Isles to see if the problem at hand is corrected.
IF problems continue,
Please visit www.download.com and download a program called Visual Route. Perform a trace to our Gateway IP, as this will show us if there is any packet loss or timeouts occuring. The IP to trace is <your ip address>
Please turn on Advanced mode.
Again, send a description of the problem.
Please attach the visual route as an email attachment.
Please send us your dxdiag.txt file as an email attachment.
Click on Start
Click on Run
type in DXDIAG
Please click on the display tab.
Please run the direct3d and directdraw test before proceeding.
click on SAVE ALL INFORMATION and save it to the desktop.
Please send your startup info:
Gathering STARTUP info
Click START
Run
Type: MSCONFIG
Press ENTER
Click the STARTUP tab
Please manually list all CHECKED items on this tab.
*Windows 2000 users do not have the MSCONFIG utility.
